Expensify is so easy to use and has saved me so much time in the process of tracking, submitting, and getting my reimbursements in a timely manner. The app is particularly easy and convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I only suggest improving the option to send expenses for approval since it supports text and everything is seen in a single line. Expensify has a very simple interface and makes it very easy to expense costs. Some of the best features are the Smart Scanning, which scans receipts for value and other information automatically (and works surprisingly well even with Brazilian Portuguese documents), and the receipts by email feature. Those two, when working together, are very powerful: I forward the email with the receipt, it automatically reads it and fills out the information I need in the expense report. Most of the time, I just need to review the report and submit it. It also has automatic integration with Uber, making expensing day-to-day car trips really easy. The one thing that sometimes makes it more complicated is that reports are automatically named with an unintelligible code and every expense is automatically added to the last report. Because of the automatic naming, every time I get a notification on the expense report status I need to go to the platform and open the report because it is not straightforward from the name what report was that. Having expenses being added automatically to the last open report makes it a bit more difficult because I have to manually group expenses into different reports later. Expensify is very inutitive and easy to use. My favorite feature is definitly being able to upload screenshots quickly from my phone as well as the smart scan. I LOVE how it automatically fills in all of the information so I don't have to. I have used Expensfily frequently over the past few years at my current company and have never had any issues. I' m most impressed with the effort taken to simplify the expense logging process from a (non-accounting) user's point of view. The most useful features to me are probably the mobile app, simplified web interface and the fast performance of both. As a fairly frequent business traveller, I appreciate every second saved when pulling up my expense records. I appreciate being able to scan items on the go and having most values (cost, currency type etc.) pulled from a receipt. Implicit and explicit categorization rules are a godsend. My experience with other expense reporting software has always been filled with slow UI pages, difficulty searching and manual steps/corrections needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very little. It's minorly annoying having to email personal receipts to my business email account to allow for submission via email (i.e., sending attachments to receipts@expensify.com). This might even be solvable but I haven't investigated how. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
