Expensify is extremely easy to use. Whether I'm scanning a receipt from my phone, or uploading a pdf invoice via my computer, most of the time I can leave Expensify to do the rest. It really is the simplest expense platform I've ever used, and I've used a lot. It's ridiculously easy as compared to other platforms like Ariba. The one thing I do struggle with in Expensify is the dependability of the software that scans and detects text on receipts to fill in the blanks for you. Nine times out of ten, it's on the money. I have found that Expensify employees are always there if a user was to ever run into a problem, they are extremely helpful. I really love how intuitive Expensify is to enter in my expense reports when on business trips. The bonus is how Expensify has a great app that I can use to enter my expenses in real-time instead of Monday when I get back into the office.

What I like best is the visibility! Every step is visible that mean I know where it's stuck and if it's stuck and who to talk to. That makes it very user friendly and I feel less worried and can focus on my work. Also, the upload is without any issues, automatic reading is very helpful too. I like less comfortable with reports/ expenses fields, feels like duplicates too me and kind of confusing, maybe some reorganization should be done, but on the other hand maybe it works best for other companies. Overall, it's still Ok for me Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's quick and easy to use as a user, trying to get reimbursed and also very easy as a manager. Looking to approve my direct reports reviews. I often get errors that the date detected on the receipt is different and the date entered in Expensify even when that is not the case.
