My favorite thing is the receipt email forwarder. Most of my receipts are received via email and it is super convenient to just forward my receipts as they come in and deal with filling out details and adding them to report when I have downtime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing I can think of. I don't know too much about it from the business owner's perspective as I just use it as an employee. Sometimes the scanning feature doesn't work perfectly, but receipts are so crazy sometimes I can totally understand why, plus you can create your own rules for tricky receipts. It is so easy! Simple is the word. Just scan your receipts and it automatically fills out the claim for you! makes the process of claiming bills from my organization so quick. It is very very easy, as soon as you get a receipt you can scan it, the AI will capture all relevant information and it is very little interaction to get to the final sumbmission of the expense. It is so easy!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've not found a downside to Expensify, that is specific to this tool, on the positive feedback I mentioned the very little interaction and it has to do with currency being an international user, while traveling abroad sometimes you need to finetune that, but it is not a major aspect. Expensify allows me to easily capture and organize my payment receipts to keep track of my travel expenditures. The user experience is excellent, and the interface is very intuitive not only in the mobile app but also in the desktop. The automated report and approval process really works and my administrative area can easily track my budget vs actual spending, ensuring compliance and accountability in my company.
