Best thing is the automated scheduling of expense submission to approver and finance ahead of cut-off. The time save is also significant: as long as I'm diligent uploading or photographing my receipts it now takes me about ten minutes per month to create and submit versus anywhere up to 2 hours. The fact that I can email or upload via mobile app or via desktop site with equal ease of use and identical functionalities is a plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's a minor point but occasionally it can be hard to locate some historical transactions. This might be a data issue with the banks rather than Expensify itself. Otherwise zero complaints - UX is intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Expensify is expense reporting done right. My organization tried to move away but popular demand and its ease of use, brought us back within 6 months. It is so easy to take a simple picture of a receipt and submit it, then their auto-scanner does most of the work. It takes only a fraction of the time to do an expense report as it used to. I travel a fair amount and also use my corporate credit card for a lot of smaller marketing expenses, so I submit quite a number each month. Thanks for saving me so much time in my work week.
