nothing really - maybe the process of not being able to partially reject a report from my staff: it seems I can only approve without the item that's problematic whereas I'd like to put the report in a state that says "Needs your attention" so my employee can fix it and I can approve it when fixed. It is easy to use. The Expensify team listen to the customer's needs and make improvements accordingly. It was about 2 years from the time I used it during my previous job at a non-profit (2015-2020) until in 2022 the new organization I had been working for started using Expensify. I was concerned a lot had changed and could I jump back in to using it. With a little help it was easy to pick up where I left off. I find it user friendly and the support is great.
