Unfortunatley, I have to do seperate expense reports. One for my purchases on my personal card(s), and one for anything on the business card. Its ok, because I am getting use to it. It would be nice to see if it is a reimbursable expense as one of the fields you can view with all expenses listed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Being able to snap a picture of the receipt and move along is a huge time saver. In the past, I had to save the receipt somewhere and then later.

I was an early adopter of Expensify and have stayed with it as well as bringing it to our company admin to recommend getting all the outside team on it. The best part is the seamless integration of personal credit card into Expensify. I use the dedicated card for almost all expenses and in most cases they appear in the account ready to confirm onto a monthly report. In the few cases where I can't use the card, the SmartScan takes my photo of the paper receipt and automatically extracts the math into the program and attaches the receipt image. I have no downsides. Our small company has not yet moved to the avaialble auto reimburse system and still chooses to issue paper check reimursement, but that's our company, not any problem with Expensify. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What is most helpful about it is how intuitive the software is - it's very easy to log in, add expenses on the go, scan receipts, and even have receipts auto-emailed to the software to create reports. I have found it easier to use than any other expense reporting software out there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have not found any major downsides of using Expensify. I have used it for about 18 months now, and had no particular issues or challenges with it. Sometime it may take a little while for its SmartScanning software to scan a receipt, and of course there is the occasional error it makes in reading a receipt, but those are really infrequent and minor issues in the big picture.
