I liked the fact that it was almost instant. I have made one ticket so far but the process was very intuitive, easy and fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Really easy to use. App-based. Take a photo of your receipt in-app and submit in seconds. We are mobile-first as people and so is this! Fast payment. I also sign off expenses and find that experience easy and efficient (and not time-consuming) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The SmartScan receipt could be a challenge. Multiple times I gave up and filled out the form manually because there was no way the mobile app identify correctly the receipt content. I didn't find a quick way to take a picture of the receipt and complete later the final process of content identification.
