Easy connect, no lack. So very useful for business especially Direct & Group Chat, Presence Status, Multi-party Audio & Video Conferencing, Video Conference Room Integration,Visual Voicemail Management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The hardware should be more powerful like Cisco. Others provide good hardware and updated similarly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Evolve has been able to handle anything we've thrown at them. As our company has expanded internationally, Evolve was willing to work with us and support our needs in other countries allowing us to remain on a unified platform, no matter the geographic region in which our colleagues work. Implementation tems are solid and Evolve's Project Managers are helpful in keeping everyone in the loop.
Beyond that, over ten years, Evolve has been solid. Outside of hardware failures, I can only think of a single time where a site went down due to an Evolve issue. Not sure if many competitors can beat that level of uptime.
Evolve has also changed with the times and offers solutions that have consistently met our needs. Their support of Microsoft Teams while still using Broadsoft has given us significantly more flexibility than we would have otherwise had if jumping into a Teams only solution.
The Ossmosis administration portal has gotten better over time as well. Again, like most things...it could be better. It's relatively easy to use the more you use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In the past support had been hit or miss though they've made great strides over the past couple of years (they had some amazing people as well as others who didn't seem to care). But recently it feels like they've gotten the support house in order and things are going pretty well.
Billing issues have been a pain to get resolved as they take quite a while to get resolved.
I wish there was more functionality around preventing spam callers, which frustrates our user-base.

We appreciate the flexibility offered by UCaaS to our business. We have various staffing levels and have adopted more flexible work arrangements, which has been made much simpler by our use of UCaaS. I believe we were one of their first customers using Teams as a soft phone. As a result we could not leverage any kind of receptionist console.
