Since Everlaw updates their software monthly and assists users with allowing them to provide user input into new modifications or new additions to everlaw. This is very helpful and useful as it takes knowledge mananagment (tacit or explicit knowledge) and allows Everlaw to use that to improve their product to help the end user in what ever portion of the eDiscovery platform they are using in Everlaw, be it storybuilder, or productions, or even legal hold. In addition the new AI improvements have been great, from their new product Deep Dive, Deep Dive transcripts, suggestive coding and Everlaw Assistant, the accuracy of these results has greatly improved and assisted with identifying important documents or relevant documents. in the outline there is no ability to transfer all the documents over at once. Also visualizer needs to have better hit results for over 1000. I would suggest a feature that would allow a user to see all the hits and possibly check them off. The depth still needs to be revisited.

Everlaw strikes a strong balance between high-end power and a very human-friendly interface. Searches are logic-based and color-coded, which makes it easier to build and refine queries. Beyond simply finding documents, Everlaw also provides the right platform for organizing and using what you find. Everlaw is far more intuitive than other eDiscovery platforms. Especially regarding to Everlaw's GUI which allows user easy way to understand and access various functions. Everlaw also has great customer support, especially to their various training materials both in the form of videos and comprehensive written guides. Like many other eDiscovery platforms, Everlaw has many advanced functions. But not all users require such advanced functions on a regular bases. If there can be a preset Everlaw "Lite" that handles basic uploading, Bates numbering, generate a schedule of documents, and production that would be very helpful. I appreciate that Everlaw is great at organizing discovery documents, making productions and doc review much more convenient, especially with lots of documents. Once I got past the learning curve, I found it easy to use and quite intuitive. Doing document productions is easy and saves me time. Everlaw is excellent at keeping track of which documents have been produced and offers many options for handling productions to fit our needs. It also has plenty of checks to ensure things are done correctly. The initial setup was easy, and we were up and running quickly with a couple of trainings. I really like Everlaw's intuitive UI and how easy it is to use. The platform's ability to cull metadata is impressive, and it makes reviewing large sets of documents and preparing for litigation much more manageable. As a new user, I appreciated how easy it was to use the platform and explore visualizations of entire productions. I like how Everlaw makes production and processing much simpler and allows me to modify the platform to my needs. It helps us produce and process data much more quickly for our clients. I also appreciate the ability to customize the platform, for instance, adjusting the coding layout, which enhances the experience for our clients as it allows them to enjoy the product better. Additionally, setting up Everlaw isn't difficult, and the training for it didn't take long for our team to adapt. I find Everlaw easy to use with a lot of features we didn't have before. A lot of processes are automated requiring less work, which is great for efficiency. The documents pull up quickly and are easy to review, and the mass redaction options are excellent. I'm excited to try the variety of AI features as well. Alias fields should be editable; would like the ability to copy from one metadata field to another; would like the ability to search and replace within a field. Occasionally we get a mixture of native data and scanned data, and the scanned data needs fields populated to complete schedules. Being able to copy data and non-metadata fields quicker would be beneficial. There were some challenges we didn't anticipate and I felt that there was limited support in setting up our template how we needed it. I felt they didn't fully understand our needs. It has become an essential tool for our firm with some of our larger cases in managing discovery. As a mid-sized firm, we are often handling cases with a large amount of documents, and we don't always have the staff to sift through thousands of pages of discovery. Everlaw does a wonderful job of streamlining advanced processes and making them very user friendly and easy to understand. Tasks like uploading/deduplicating documents, running outbound productions, and running complex searches are easy to configure. So far, I haven't run into a feature (or lack thereof) which I didn't like. If you run into features that you don't like or require modification, Everlaw is constantly building new features into the platform, and their product team is always willing to listen. I use Everlaw to review, process, and handle large document sets during the discovery stages of litigation, and for production purposes. I find that it expedites the time it takes to process and review these documents. The user interface is easy to use, and the software is effective.
