I love the constantly-updated features that adapt to new document types.  The cluster feature allows you to view recurring issues in your production without having to review them.

There is a learning curve and it takes some time to learn about all of the amazing features.

The interface is easy to use allowing you to become more efficient and provide quality work without taking the time in processing and refining data and information.

The program itself is great, however, I have found that they can improve on their support hours.  They seem to only work within particular hours.  Support is responsive to emails and reply in a timely matter.

The ability to process large amounts of data efficiently and effectively.  Culling down results and providing the ability to create quality productions according to discovery search parameters.

The easy organization of document uploads and productions, which you can share with all members of the database.

There is a learning curve on the search feature, but once you understand the concept it makes it very easy to build complex searches.

Being able to redact the video by using the transcript in incredibly helpful and time-saving.

**What do you like best about Everlaw?**

Everlaw is very user-friendly in terms of being able to review and receive documents.  It doesn't take long to train someone on how to work the basics of the system and doesn't intimidate client/counsel if they are not used to the ediscovery space.  The sharing feature is used by my teams daily, which is unlike other platforms.  It makes virtual review easier with shared documents and tracking capabilities that allow you to see exactly which team members viewed, modified or coded documents.  The build-in reporting is also helpful to see which tags are being utilized without any setup time by the project manager.  It allows a dashboard-like approach to the overall status of the review and documents, making it easy to track progress and potential pitfalls with coding and completion.

**What do you dislike about Everlaw?**

If handling a larger matter, there is a need to be sure to stay organized as there is not the typical sub-foldering methodology that is common to other platforms.  I also wish you could search for a partial STR list rather than the list as a whole, it makes extra work to re-create the list each time you need a different sub-set of the original. There are work arounds in terms of general searching, but adding this feature would be helpful.  Also with the CAL reviews it would be great if the refresh cycle was sooner than 24 hours, especially for a large team; this timeframe can be too long and shortening it would create a more efficient workflow throughout.

**Recommendations to others considering Everlaw:**

look at how the features will impact you interaction with the tool as they have tried to make it as easy as possible.

**What problems is Everlaw solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the virtual managed review environment it is hard to find an easy place for the team to share information and ask questions, Everlaw through its storybuilder function, creates a location to share information easily.  The system allows documents to be tagged in the storybuilder, and the team members can then look at each document.  We also can easily share this information between counsel as needed.  It allows a single place to develop a chronology of hot documents or an overview of case materials.  In addition, the redaction workflow with the ability to mass redact certain terms and phrases allows for general consistency within a dataset.

**What do you like best about Everlaw?**

The user interface is very helpful and easy to learn/use. It makes navigating documents easier than other platforms I have used in the past on document review. As I am used to using Google, LexisNexis, and Westlaw for research, the transition to using Everlaw to search for documents has been seamless. Document review on the Everlaw is much easier on the eyes than other competitor sites that I have used, and the interface is easy to read and understand.

**What do you dislike about Everlaw?**

One of my favorite features of Everlaw is searching for keywords in documents via the Text Viewer, especially if the documents are lengthy. However, I am having difficulties returning to the original document in Image Viewer and finding that exact text. This is a recurring issue, especially with some PowerPoint presentations I’ve been looking at. What gave me the idea this morning was this one: ROX-MDL2724-000292032. I was basically looking for “target”, “projection”, “share” and a particular last name. The original document in 54 pages long, while the Text Viewer shows only 14 pages. “Target” appears on page 11/14 in Text Viewer. While I could manually search (and did) for the term in the latter pages of the original document (Image Viewer), it does take extra time to do so. This obviously slows down the investigative process.

**Recommendations to others considering Everlaw:**

Everlaw is exceedingly easy to learn/use and will be helpful for anyone in need of a user-friendly program to conduct searches and investigate, notwithstanding their skill level in performing database searches. I have been using LexisNexis and Westlaw for many years and have had no difficulties learning to use Everlaw efficiently in my evidentiary investigations.

I am identifying specific documents that will provide my clients with evidence of their allegations with regards to the document custodians, and attempting to create chronological outlines of their illicit acts. IT infrastructure is not required to get up and running quickly.

I deal with ingesting data, and the requirement for endbates or page count for pre-processed data creates problems when coming from other software.

Mass tagging is easy to use, and I like the user interface. The binders feature is very useful. I also think that Everlaw is reasonably priced.

**What do you dislike about Everlaw?**

I would like for it to be easier to open multiple documents for review from the same list (in separate tabs). Right now, they all open into the same window, so you can't review multiple at once.

While you are right, that you cannot easily open multiple documents from the same Results Table in separate tabs, there is a workaround. If you open your Results Table in multiple tabs first, you will be able to open a different document in each of those new tabs.Navigating and viewing documents in the Review Window can be frustrating, but we promise it gets easier with more practice!

There can be some issues with the billing team. I understand that has nothing to do with the platform, but I thought to mention it. With regard to the platform, I am having trouble finding something that I dislike! I think going back to edit uploads can be tricky and you can't get back to certain screens once you've progressed through, causing me to have to start the upload over again.

**Recommendations to others considering Everlaw:**

I think this is a great program. New users will be able to learn how to use Everlaw very quickly. Everlaw's customer service team is always there to help and are highly knowledgeable. They have a lot of online resources to help you as well. Managing and reviewing documents in Everlaw is a breeze when it can be challenging to review a large set of documents.  I highly recommend Everlaw!

Review accuracy. Timing that it would take with other services to upload large sets of documents. Timing on organization and better organization of documents.

The ease of use--it takes only 15-30 minutes of training to be able to do a simple review.

There is nothing that I dislike about Everlaw.

Speak with Everlaw's customer service reps, and have the decision-makers and potential users do a demo of the product.

**What problems is Everlaw solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By switching to Everlaw, we have realized significant cost savings for our clients.  The cost of Everlaw itself is better than many other systems.  Yet, at the same time, it is fast and easy to use, which saves on time for the review.  I can review 100 documents an hour on Everlaw, but on other programs that number could be 50 because of the slowness of the program.  I also appreciate being able to speak with technicians without having to increase the costs for the project, and I like being able to upload the documents into the platform myself.

I like Everlaw provides identification and easy review of duplicative and near-duplicate documents; This tool is very helpful in identifying the same documents produced by other parties.

**What do you dislike about Everlaw?**

The migration from one platform to Everlaw could be improved.  I now see some processes that I could have done in the previous software that would have resulted in a better migration of data, particularly codes/tags.  Tag creation is a process.

**Recommendations to others considering Everlaw:**

Make use of the training modules that Everlaw offers.

The previous platform's duplication identification was not as easy to use and was not very reliable.  The Storybuilder is proving itself to be a very useful tool.

**What do you like best about Everlaw?**

I love the versatility of the product and especially the organizational aspects.  I recently used Storybuilder for a deposition, and the class I just took gave me even more insight as to what Storybuilder can do.  I'm anxious to use it on a current case!

**What do you dislike about Everlaw?**

There's no manual.  I created my own, from the knowledge base articles, to assist in getting attorneys and other support staff up to speed.    That said, I like the updates to the information, as the system is ever evolving.

**Recommendations to others considering Everlaw:**

If you want a product that will make your e-discovery or database management of files more efficient, chose Everlaw.  If you want a customer service that is above and beyond anything you've ever experienced elsewhere --- extremely responsive -- choose Everlaw.

**What problems is Everlaw solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are organizing files, reviewing and producing documents to opposing counsel.  I like the addition of the Freeform Codes.  That helps quite a bit with the organization.

I like that it's simple enough for attorneys who aren't tech-savvy, but still provides functionality for those of us with eDiscovery experience.

**What do you dislike about Everlaw?**

I wish that Bates numbers were automatically overlaid in fields associated with the source documents and that I could sort by either control number or Bates number without having to toggle between views -- this is very helpful when cross-referencing documents or reviewing previously produced items. I would also like to see a tag or keyword function where we can add on the fly issues/tags to a single field and then filter by that value. That is one of the best functions in a previous software I've used (eDiscoveryPoint) and allows attorneys and paralegals to easily group documents for various purposes, without creating folders/binders. The ability to filter my multiple tags, as well as additional field values is imperitive when reviewing large data sets.

**What problems is Everlaw solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This program is significantly more economical for our clients that previous platforms we've used. I am struggling to translate previous functionality to a new software system, but I think that will come with time.

Everlaw is a user-friendly platform.  I can't believe how much time it saves me. The tasks are logical.  It's easy to find things.  The help button really works.  And if you still don't know what to do - or just want to confirm that you are doing it right - the customer service team is absolutely amazing!

**What do you dislike about Everlaw?**

I haven't found a downside.  Everlaw is constantly improving the platform - specifically addressing issues and concepts raised by the customers.

**What problems is Everlaw solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everlaw allows for quick document productions.  I cannot get over how much time it has saved me.

**What do you like best about Everlaw?**

The best feature of Everlaw is the ability to read and code an entire chain of emails in the blink of an eye. I can read the entire chain, decide which codes I think are appropriate and code the with the same codes all at once. It has really saved me time and saved my clients money. Another great feature is that it transcribes audio files and allows you to add notes with time stamps or search for certain words within the audio transcription. I also really like the feature where people names are listed with their comments so that you can have a conversation within the notes.

**What do you dislike about Everlaw?**

I think that the preset code option is an important feature, but I wish there was a way for us to customize the names. 1, 2, 3 etc. can be hard to remember which goes with which codes. For example, if we could label them "privileged" or "not responsive to the ORR" and then set which codes go with that, I feel like that would be more beneficial to reviewers. I rarely use the preset codes because after I set the codes once I have a hard time remembering what those codes were. So I often end up recoding something again and again.

**Recommendations to others considering Everlaw:**

We tested several different document review platforms before settling on Everlaw. I am so glad we went with Everlaw.

**What problems is Everlaw solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has save us so much time. And we are able to make more detailed notes for when we return to the documents and decide how we want to use them in litigation. For example the ability to take notes with time stamps in audio files is amazing. It allows us to go back to the document knowing exactly why we coded it the way we coded it without having to relisten to the entirety of what may be a 3+ hour long audio file.

**What do you like best about Everlaw?**

The interface is intuitive and easy on the eyes (unlike my impression of some competitors).  Search capabilities are robust, on par with Relativity's available granularity.  Filtering is fairly intuitive.  The way recent searches are stored on search cards is very helpful.  Repeat coding, batch coding, and coding pre-sets are easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Everlaw?**

Some of the options aren't labeled in a way that makes them easy to figure out.  But there are plenty of tutorials available on the Everlaw YouTube channel.

**What problems is Everlaw solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving money over the traditional platforms like Relativity, but with better and more intuitive functionality than the lower-cost newer competitors (like NextPoint).  Has made it fairly easy to organize a large review of over 11 million documents, which would have been very difficult in most of the newer competitors.

The user environment is a clean interface with integrated tools to help prepare for document productions, depositions, and trials. Everlaw allows the user to configure productions without over complicating the process. Everlaw's storybuilder feature allows users to track documents and prepare for depositions, and once compelted, upload the deposition transcript. Storybuilder also provides and timeline which can be linked to documents and narratives, thus laying a framework that is useful in drafting and outlining depositions. Everlaw also alows you to track events, witnessess, and deponents in the storybuilder feature. Everlaw's search capabililities are user frendly and are automatically saved and easily accessible. The binder feature is also helpful in categorizing documents.

**What do you dislike about Everlaw?**

Everlaw is a little too user-friendly, and novice users can quickly propagate errors, but the learning curve is steep, so once a process is learned and can be easily repeated. Everlaw does have limitations wherein families cannot be rearranged because family relationships are created by order of upload. This could be fixed by allowing users to reorder family relationships.

**Recommendations to others considering Everlaw:**

Everlaw is a great platform for attorneys that are on a budget or do not want to pay for and complicated platform. The support staff is helpful should an issue arise, but most processes can be completed by the novice user.

**What problems is Everlaw solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everlaw easily configures document productions, which can often become complex and burdensome. The Everlaw staff has provided incredible support when problems have arisen. For example, when a document does not process, properly Everlaw allows for overlays to repair the problems, which is also true about metadata. Furthermore, Everlaw allows metadata fields to be mapped and combined, which helps maintain consistency when receiving document productions that do not conform to a standardized format.

Everlaw's integration of mature and convenient AI tools that don't require a data science degree to use puts cutting edge tech in the hands that need it most. Pairing that with practical easy to use Storybuilder for case planning, delegation, and depositions and you can't find a better product on the market.

Though it is a little nitpicky, when sharing an assignment, search, document etc, you have to open the message center and accept it, rather than it appearing in your workspace. I understand the reasoning behind it, as it reduces the risk of clutter and useless cards showing up, but it is another click. like I said, it's a small and nitpicky thing.

We are able to bring modern tools to legal practices and give our clients better results in less time, with reduced risk to our practice. Its time-saving elements allow us to focus more on building the case and less on document review. Additionally, we have more capacity to take on new cases without increasing our employee overhead.

Everlaw is user friendly and makes reviewing easy with the duplicates tab and thread tab which allows you to review related emails in one sitting.  Also love how the audo-code rules automatically apply codes for certain categories (like confidential or privilege) to ensure documents are coded correctly and nothing slips through the cracks.

**What do you dislike about Everlaw?**

The searching function is not super intuitive.  Also adding tags is a little complicated until you realized you have to go into the setting section.

Document review is much faster utilizing the threads and duplicate tab.  I wish the notes section was bigger.

**What do you like best about Everlaw?**

The ability to upload masses of files and search for multiple keywords across them. It has allowed me to mine documents that would have been impossible to parse using more traditional methods on my own.

**What do you dislike about Everlaw?**

The user interface could be more intuitive -- it took me a while to learn my way around, and I still get confused sometimes about where to find various things. My biggest wish was that Storybuilder functioned in more seamless way with the rest of the database. My dream is to be able to clip paragraph-length quotes of doc review and have them available for review, tagging, organization, etc in story builder. Right now I use two different applications, Scrivener and Keyboard Maestro, to achieve an approximation of that functionality with scripts that are essentially souped-up cutting and pasting.

**What problems is Everlaw solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a journalist, I need to read review huge amounts of text on my own, and find details that are relevant to my stories. This helps me work at a speed and scale that wouldn't have been possible for a lone wolf like me in the past. I also really like the flexibility ... I might be searching for anything — references to events, historical facts and figures, you name it - it's unpredictable and sometimes I don't know what I'm searching for until I get into the docs. I love the ability to refine as I go by searching within a document for keywords other than what was searched for originally. For example, I recently analyzed chat logs that were over a million pages long, where I wasn't sure what kind of slang terms the users used to describe various nefarious activities (early searches for traditional terms didn't turn up much). But because I was able to find a few places where the traditional terms were close to the slang terms, I could figure out by inference, then broaden out my search, if that makes sense. Anyway, the ability to just poke around big data sets and then make more structured searches is so great.

There is not much to dislike about the platform, but it would be nice if each of the analytics features were separate modules to work within. For example, I could quickly filter and identify all near-duplicate documents based on the ND ID. Same with Email Threading - it would be nice to be able to quickly identify high-document email threads and the number of documents related to each thread based on an ET ID.

**What problems is Everlaw solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The solutions Everlaw has provided is too voluminous to list, but the favorites are the Machine Translations, Machine Transcriptions, Email Suppression, and Machine Learning/Assisted Review features to expedite the discovery process and lower costs.

Everlaw's story builder features are beneficial when focusing a case down. The ability to create a case outline that cites to specific documents for evidence is very useful. Beyond the story builder feature, the ability to visually see email chains in "family" order is helpful when putting together a timeline of events. Cases can sometimes become highly complex, and using Everlaw at the center of our cases makes organization of cases topics much easier. The tutorals compiled by Everlaw are specific and generally easy to follow, which makes self-help much easier when questions arise.

**What do you dislike about Everlaw?**

Overall, the platform can sometimes be daunting for a first-time user. The layers between projects and complete databases are often unneeded for our caseload and therefore confuses some members of our staff. On the other hand, the on-demand support the Everlaw team provides is outstanding. They always seem to have a answer for each product issue that comes up.

**Recommendations to others considering Everlaw:**

I recommend that anyone considering Everlaw so look into the filetypes and respective file storage requirements of the productions they wish to upload. Certain file types, such as audio and video will be cumbersome and costly using this platform.

**What problems is Everlaw solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to complete comprehensive searches across various file types is highly beneficial for sifting through large document productions. The platform has also streamlined our ability to produce documents responsive to public records requests by quickly tagging or otherwise noting their privilege type. Lastly, given our office also has several staff members working off-site, Everlaw provides for an opportunity for seamless collaboration within our divisions. We have found Everlaw to be useful at all stages of a case's lifecycle, from initial research and brainstorming all the way through discovery.

**What do you like best about Everlaw?**

Document grouping is very beneficial, especially the threads.  Being able to pull all of the emails in a thread together, in date order with attachments, is a godsend.  Everlaw shows you the path the thread took, which is very helpful for seeing who forwarded things to others, starting new threads. 

The search function is straightforward and has many ways to limit your parameters to tighten up a search.

Audio and video transcription is impressive and makes reviewing audio and video far easier as one can see the text and jump to that part with one click. Just upload the audio/video, and it does the transcription automatically.

It is very easy to upload documents (literally drop and drag), review documents, mark them up, code or place in binders, and then produce.  I can usually have the attorneys reviewing and coding within an hour of signing up.  

In addition, customer service is amazing.  They are responsive, helpful, and great at explaining things.  And they always are friendly and accessible.  They also take suggestions for improvements and act on them, if possible.

Everlaw is the most intuitive and user friendly document review program I've ever used.  This is the fourth program I've been trained on and the others don't hold a candle to it.

**What do you dislike about Everlaw?**

Excel spreadsheets are a little difficult to handle in Everlaw.  You need to be aware of them when producing, as they produce in native format, and if they are very large, they are sometimes difficult to view within Everlaw.

**What problems is Everlaw solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is no other way to review large amounts of email or .pst file this efficiently, especially if you want to see the full thread.  And the hit highlights functions makes reviewing the documents for your specific term fast and easy (it highlights the terms you are looking for on each page so you can see it easily, you can also search multiple terms at a time, as they color code them). Being able to upload a video and have the text populate next to it meant being able to easily and quickly review videos, saving time.

If you do not use it often, you'll likely need a refresh or support from Everlaw.  The great news is they are always available and helpful.  My feedback is to add some "?" buttons with explanations for some features or options.  Otherwise, I'll likely continue to rely on Everlaw's support when stuck which works fine for me.

I recommend reviewing the support pages for learning the process and taking notes on screenshots when getting tips from support.  After going through the process, its easy.

I have never managed document production before since only recently started working closely with a litigation team.   Everlaw allowed this newbie to upload documents, review and add notes and codes and also complete production for discovery requests.   Everlaw support is always available to help.   We have used Everlaw on all our recent patent litigation matters.

You can set it up however you want, and for document reviewers, there is a lot of free-form ability to set up the panel/viewing pane how they prefer instead of a rigid structure. It's great in terms of how quick you can review on the platform and ability to move features around! One of the best features is the ability to create either complex of simple workflows through the set up.

**What do you dislike about Everlaw?**

There is not much to dislike. Again, compared to other platforms, once you understand Everlaws structure and layout, it's more intuitive than other platforms. The simple transition can be aided by any number of their online guides and videos. The one thing I would reccomend is that Everlaw create a portal on their platform for how to filter through particular issues by categories of troubleshooting needs. With the addition of landing page videos - more uses could become self sufficient.

Make sure you understand it's not just a review platform, it can be a resourceful tool for any litigation case.

**What problems is Everlaw solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficiency for reviews overall and speed. The platform provides many benefits that relate to both workflow creators and document reviewers. We solved many problems by managing workflow through the Everlaw platform as well as utlizing Everlaw's customer service for any troubleshooting. Usually not even needed as there are online videos. Again, one of the benefits is housing multiple cases on one platform with multiple associates/reviewers being able to access pertinent case information by using "Story Builder" mode.

The ability to collaborate effectively and efficiently, as well as the ease and intuitiveness of the platform, particularly as it relates to document review. The hot/cold/warm feature is great. I also enjoy the data visualizer tool, the search term reports tool, and the storybuilder tool in particular. Finally, having your assignments right there on the home page is very helpful when you need to refer back and forth between different tools.

**What do you dislike about Everlaw?**

The sheer size/complexity can be overwhelming for a new user. More training options could be helpful, as could some sort of stripped down/standard version where users would only see the handful of functions that they needed access to at the time. Also, the way that the screen doesn't show all of your options and you have to scroll down endlessly can be quite frustrating.

Take time to familiarize yourself and get in-depth training!

**What problems is Everlaw solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was assigned several document review projects through Everlaw and I found it to be the fastest I have ever worked due to the ease of highlighting, storybuilding, etc. The platform works in the way that you think it should, such that a new user like myself can figure it out over time. I was able to move through my assignments much faster than I have before, while not sacrificing any substantive quality. 

In addition, I have been using Everlaw in conjunction with other AG's offices in other states, and our ability to collaborate and communicate effectively is strong because of the teamwork-oriented nature of the Everlaw platform.

**What do you like best about Everlaw?**

After evaluating several competing platforms where the user interface could give an aspirin a headache, we settled on Everlaw. The Everlaw UI is (almost) as intuitive as Apple's products. And in the rare instances where something was confusing, the friendly and North American-based support team was super "on it" to help us out. More than that, they were very receptive to feedback about the platform and were quick to iterate based on the few suggestions I had. What a refreshing change!

**What do you dislike about Everlaw?**

These are minor issues, but the ability to "lock" Everlaw binders would be nice. Additionally, there should be an ability to attach notes to binders to detail the logic behind their contents.

**What problems is Everlaw solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Received an RFP that required us to wrangle 7 (yes, seven) terabytes of data.  Didn't have the upload pipe to push the data onto the platform ourselves, so Everlaw happily received everything via hard drives that we sent and imported the data onto the platform for us. Everlaw made the whole process smooth as ex lax, and even shipped the drives back to us. All praise to the Everlaw team. 🙏🙏🙏

The "view" permission level allows the recipient to see the binder's contents, but it prevents the recipient from adding or removing documents from the binder itself (editing the binder's contents). **What do you like best about Everlaw?**

I love its Intuitive functionality that allows power use by all users and the responsiveness of the development team.  The storytelling module has been a great new tool for use in deposition preparation and we anticipate it will also be very useful for briefing purposes. The support staff is readily accessible and knowledgeable.  The coding format with the addition of binders has simplified sharing in bulk on subject specific issues.

**What do you dislike about Everlaw?**

It is one of the best programs I used in more than twenty years of legal work.  But if I had to identify one thing, it would be that there are a few nuances to some of the core functionality that you either need to be well trained in or be highly proficient to use. In addition, if you are on a budget, it can be hard to manage a large data set.

**What problems is Everlaw solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using it in a large mass tort litigation for more than just document review. Having everything centralized on one platform is very efficient and keeps the various aspects of document review and overall litigation more organized than is sometimes the case. We are also using it in a small business litigation case for production purposes.  The built-in deduplication functions make it very easy to do yourself and keep it on budget.

Everlaw is a versatile tool that has impacted almost every facet of our litigation practice from the start to the end of the case. The interface is incredibly user-friendly and there are constant updates to continue improving what is already a program that far surpasses its competitors. But here's the icing: alone Everlaw would remain my top choice for document organization and discovery, but the staff are second to none. I have never, in my past 2 years of using this program, had anything less than an enjoyable and efficient conversation with the Everlaw family when any questions or issues arise.

I can confidently say that Everlaw has saved countless hours of my time and this benefit has been passed onto our clients.

**What do you dislike about Everlaw?**

I'm coming up short on any dislikable aspects of Everlaw. Sure, there's a learning curve, but Everlaw provides weekly live training and consistent support where needed.

Do yourself a favour and check out this program at the very least. If it's a good fit it will help a lot. The support team at Everlaw has been very responsive through the process of integrating everything with our firm.

Everlaw has made document review, productions and examinations for discovery much easier, particularly for cases with thousands to tens of thousands of documents. With the pandemic, going virtual was seamless. Everlaw is already set up for virtual discoveries/depositions. Assignments can also be created to split tasks up and efficiently work.

**What do you like best about Everlaw?**

Everlaw is one of the most intuitive document review platform. It is easy to use and has the most relevant help videos that I have seen in a long time. If you are in any parts of the platform whether as an admin or reviewer, you can find the right help right away without having to search for it. The videos are also very well designed and present each and every steps without skipping any item. This makes it very easy to replicate. 

Everlaw also has ready-made templates for production and review codes which allows you to quickly get the work done without having to reinvent the wheel.

**What do you dislike about Everlaw?**

I think the dupe documents should be hidden from the reviewing attorneys as they confuse the attorney and makes it less efficient to finish the review faster.

**What problems is Everlaw solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Get the review done in a quick and efficient manner and allow the attorneys to get back to the real work of litigating. 
Also help the admin to process and get the documents produced without having to sit in lenghty training sessions.
