I enjoy the searching and tagging tools the most. The ease is great. the storybuilding section is awesome, with the new added deposition panel and panel. the searches are very easy and the production tools are great. The visualizer can be used for early assessment and helps you cull through tons of documents. Further more the story builder feature helps you prepare for trial. It has one of those all in one complete programs that is a plus when your in need of a tool to take you through the last hoop. Another feature is the native and processed uploads, these help you quickly process documents so you can upload your sets quickly. The new inverse redaction is awesome, which allows you to select areas you don't want to redact and the rest of the document is redacted. Additionally recently they have added the addition of creating new fields and populating fields with information, and the clustering is awesome. what a way to find important documents. The new AI features that have been developed since Beta allow for a great way to autocode and provide deposition and document summaries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

in the outline there is no ability to transfer all the documents over at once. Also visualizer needs to have better hit results for over 1000. I would suggest a feature that would allow a user to see all the hits and possibly check them off.

Everlaw has been great for our purposes. We aren't a law firm, but are in the law industry and it's been wonderful for organizing our files, analyzing large amounts of documents, and the AI tool has been wonderful in breaking down depositions and reports. The sales team, customer support, and especially the training staff have been incredibly responsive and helpful in customizing our experience for our specific needs. I don't have the best time with production because of my lack of Everlaw knowledge, I know this process could be great, however I dislike that it taste bare minimum understanding to be able to utilize the platform decently well. You can't just throw someone in to learn, I feel that it would be really difficult for them to understand. Additionally, batch redaction does not always work. Persisent highlights ofen ID what it thinks is PII but they are not i.e. employee numbers are often mistaken for banking numbers so you cant use batch redact in that situation. Also, to make the production process painless, it's important to recognize the work done on the front end to set up the highlights, coding, presets, layouts, production protocol, etc. to set yourself up for success. The things that I like best about Everlaw are the ease of use and the custome support. The user inteface and functionality are more user friendly than the other E-discovery tools that I have used. Everlaw is one of the best-designed document review systems I have used. It has a clean and attractive interface that thoughtfully arranges the most used features where they are needed without overloading the user with information. Everlaw has all the features that a document review platform needs from basic coding to advanced review features. Everlaw interfaces well with productions from other platforms using standard load file formats. Everlaw's customer support is also uniformly excellent and quick to respond. One of the things that I like best about Everlaw is the ability to upload/import documents easily. We are able to perform most uploads ourselves without the need for a vendor or support.
