What do you like best about Eventmix?

What do you like best about Eventmix?

I like the ease with which an event is created. I like the design of the landing page of the event (schedule, letter to participants, arguments for participation, menu) but also the sections inside the event. I like the neat look of the page. I like the recording area (button + tickets + video). I appreciate recording live sessions. The list of participants section is very useful.

But most of all, I love customer service. She is responsive and proactive—a natural companion for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eventmix?

I don't like that I can't upload or actively share files other than video for participants. I'm sorry I can't put tickets or add-ons on networking sessions. I expect improvements in video quality (resolution, of course depending on the quality of the source camera). I expect the possibility of duplicating an event to appear, so as not to create it from scratch every time. Most of all I look forward to hearing from you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Eventmix:

Eventmix is a solution for events of any kind held online or hybrid. I recommend it for its ease of use intuitive interface. With some adjustments and a well-built setting it can be an exceptional solution for blended training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Eventmix solving and how is that benefiting you?

My company is a training boutique. We have synchronous and asynchronous hybrid training solutions. For the synchronous sessions, Eventmix offers us a more interactive solution than Zoom. With several improvements, we will replace the Zoom solution with a more significant impact on the learning process. It is also a comfortable solution for us for group coaching or workshops. What do you like best about Eventmix?

The platform is very user-friendly, intuitive, and easy to customize. Whenever we needed support, it came promptly. It was a pleasure to work with the Eventmix team on customizing our event page! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eventmix?

In the beginning, there were some bugs on the Speakers menu, but they were quickly fixed by the team :D. As an improvement, it would help to have control on the timing the platform sends reminders of the event to the attendees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Eventmix solving and how is that benefiting you?

The platform was an excellent solution for our biggest event of the year, the SMART WORK CONFERENCE. We created different stages for different types of attendees, and we appreciated the networking area that allowed our participants to join various round table discussions during the event's break. What do you like best about Eventmix?

-user-friendly interface

-easy to customize as you wish

-the team never said no when we asked for some feature, they immediately provided for us

- calendar view - a bit hard to have a clear look if you have many presentations scheduled for example

Hold an online conference in Eventmix, with over 50 speakers and over 300 attendees. Everything worked fine, we customized the event page as we wish, we had a lot of options.
