I like the fact that the platform is all in one and inclusive of Contacts, Events, Campaigns, Memberships & Finance in one place. This is important to allow for us to track activity across campaigns and events. It also helps to keep us focused on one tool to carry out our daily tasks and monitor progress of event registrations and communications. There are a number of features I enjoy about Glue Up. However, I would like to see Glue Up add a forms feature that allows for users to sign up for different reasons. For instance, I'm currently using Events to get sign ups for experts. We also use it to capture members who would like to be considered for our monthly spotlights. There is not much not to dislike but I would love for them to be able to add functionality that allows for a % of the invoice amount to be passed onto the customer when they pay with cc.
