2) The interconnection of all contents. Videos, pictures, etc. need to be swapped only once in the archives, and are then updated in every training due to the interconnection. This makes updating content so easy.
3) The audit trail and the massive reporting. Any change to the system is tracked and can be downloaded. So important! Also training statistics are huge and individual standard reports can be created for different user groups.
4) The incredibly fast way of creating new trainings or importing new users.
5) The automation rules for e-mails and enrollments. Once the system is fully set up, it lasts like 2 minutes to import a list of new users and let them be enrolled in the correct trainings.

We've been using Eurekos as the foundation of our online training platform, and it's been an excellent experience. The system offers an impressive range of features and the flexibility we needed to bring our content to life. It has become an essential part of our processes when onboarding new clients.
One of Eurekos' standout qualities is its user-friendly interface combined with the flexibility to customize courses as we need. The tools provided make it easy to create, modify, and manage content, which has been essential for us as we scale our training offerings. New features are added regularly which helps us to elevate our content to a higher level.
The support from Eurekos has been outstanding, particularly from our Customer Success Manager! We’ve received a personalised training during our own onboarding phase which helped us a lot to get started. We have regular check-ins and receive good feedback on how to improve our courses.

We have been using the Eurekos LMS for over 2 years now. Already from the beginning I had a great impression and a great feeling about the platform, because compared to other platforms we had been in contact with prior to implementation, Eurekos really stood out as a platform that was specifically designed with the best interest of the learner in mind and the know-how, of what this implies. This is reflected in all available features, which we are using across a wide ray of business use cases (external trainings that can be purchased individually, in-house training, face-to-face courses, eLearnings, webinars, blended courses etc…). As not only an admin, but also an instructional designer I was and am still very happy to be able to work with a tool that comprehends and combines the technical needs with the need of the instructional design in order to make online courses innovative and efficient learning environments. The team is amazing and always supportive in regard to any questions that might appear. It is truly a pleasure to have such a great cooperation partner.
One of the key strengths of the software is still its usability and flexibility as well as the extensive features and the constant improvement and updates. From the beginning the features were easy to use and adapt according to one’s business needs. Having used and developed content on Eurekos platform for few years, I've been impressed by several aspects. First and foremost it offers a consistent user interface especially important for administrative and content creator roles, intuitive configuration and course deployment options and a great creative variety for the content itself; from the text layouts to embedding images, videos as well as the ability to use H5P objects to enrich the learning experience. File management is well designed, course-specific content is contained and easily searched through. Deploying courses for both internal and external use is straighforward and quick to do - monitoring course progress, completion is well implemented with good reporting and logging capabilities. I have had a poor experience with their customer service. Typically don't answer their emails when you need a quick fix for something that isn't working. Customer service is probably the only dislike I have for this product; however, my department does not perform a lot with the issues that arise from the product.
