The ability to make quick edits, the evolving knowledge base, and the masquerade feature for troubleshooting have all been incredibly valuable. Customer support has been great. **What do you dislike about Eurekos?** There are some unintuitive settings, like footer customization being under translations, and limitations such as only being able to define one custom font. Also, the way H5P activities display in carousels made some user experiences confusing and required workarounds that weren't ideal for accessibility or data analysis. **What problems is Eurekos solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed a platform to host training content related to continuous glucose monitoring and diabetes self-management. It needed to have a high level of customization for branding/look and feel; to meet ISO standards that map to US HIPAA requirements; and to work well on a mobile phone. Compared to other systems we evaluated before implementation, Eurekos impressed us with its clear focus on usability, instructional quality, and real-world applicability. It’s obvious that the platform has been developed from practice, for practice. That said, it comes impressively close. Thanks to the platform’s flexibility, regular improvements, and the ability to customize certain features, most of our specific requirements can be addressed efficiently. Occasionally, there are minor technical issues or bugs after updates – but these are resolved quickly and reliably by the support team. Some of the things we still wish for are highly specific to our internal processes and use cases, rather than general shortcomings of the platform. Videos, pictures, etc. need to be swapped only once in the archives, and are then updated in every training due to the interconnection. This makes updating content so easy. 3) The audit trail and the massive reporting. Any change to the system is tracked and can be downloaded. So important! Also training statistics are huge and individual standard reports can be created for different user groups. 4) The incredibly fast way of creating new trainings or importing new users. 5) The automation rules for e-mails and enrollments. Once the system is fully set up, it lasts like 2 minutes to import a list of new users and let them be enrolled in the correct trainings. 6) The massive possibilites Eurekos offers. Eurekos seems like being designed to be a knowledge/learning-hub for their customers. **What do you dislike about Eurekos?** Nothing. With Eurekos we can boost the unboarding of new employees and partners, but also make our customers better in using our own software. First and foremost it offers a consistent user interface especially important for administrative and content creator roles, intuitive configuration and course deployment options and a great creative variety for the content itself; from the text layouts to embedding images, videos as well as the ability to use H5P objects to enrich the learning experience. File management is well designed, course-specific content is contained and easily searched through. Deploying courses for both internal and external use is straighforward and quick to do - monitoring course progress, completion is well implemented with good reporting and logging capabilities. Overall an impressive eLearning platform that has been designed with ease-of-use in mind. **What do you dislike about Eurekos?** Looking from a content design perspective, more options the better! Typically don't answer their emails when you need a quick fix for something that isn't working. It is so intuitive. With the Marketplace we can get in touch with clients normally out of our reach. It is also much easier to get new facilitators and employees who shall create our courses going forward onboarded. **What do you dislike about Eurekos?** I can´t think of anything - perhaps it will show along the way. There could be a risk that people with no knowledge of how to create learning materials create courses with low impact. It could be an idea to create some helping materials or free start up courses for user on how to make learning materials with high learning impact. **Recommendations to others considering Eurekos:** If you want an easy LMS this is a very good alternative. We have looked into many LMS during the last 5 years and this is the one that meets most of our criterias. Especially the feature with the marketplace - that is the first time I have seen this solution. **What problems is Eurekos solving and how is that benefiting you?** We want to reach out to a larger market - and with the Marketplace we can reach customers that is out of our normal reach. With Eurekos we have created e-learning courses as pure e-learning for the first time. All our other courses are developed and delivered as blended learning. With this setup we can deliver our courses on all levels.
