I loved the fact that you had one software package that allowed you to do everything - ATS, HR, Sales, and Payroll. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I disliked the fact that you need your own engineer on staff to customize it for you otherwise you are paying $150 an hour to help you - even for a basic report that should be in your toolbox - such as simple GM reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The new widgets that allow for business development tracking and seeing inactivity of jobs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
having to upgrade to unlock features that were supposed to work in a current version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
not a great deal, the studios are useful i suppose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
everything else. We have gone from a standard Adapt to the Updated UX version with the sell of a formidable product that will enhance and simplify the recruitment process no end.
the reality is, its over complicated, the searches are not accurate, the job linking is problematic, there are countless glitches and we as a business have lost countless hours talking to the 'adapt helpdesk' their idea of fixing the problem is to log in to your computer whilst you are working, meaning you ultimately sit at your desk whilst they fiddle around for anything up to an hour at a time.
Fastfind must be an ironic name , and using this method to search candidates is flawed and does not recognize a name unless its slept fully and without error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Potential is amazing. The demo shows everything it can do but in reality very little works as it says. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The website interface still doesn't work 5 months down the line. We had weeks of initial problems with their desktop agent, the email interface doesn't work with Microsoft office unless you have the website version open. We moved from Firefish which is a great system but didn't support our business enough on the temp side. AdapUX is improved the temp side slightly but far less than we were shown it would. Communication is poor in solving problems. The whole experience was great up until the system went live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to create work flows and tasks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They lay out and process is a bit annoying, some things should be easier to do as far as work flows go.
the client management and offer management process could be more simplistic Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can do literally ANYTHING with this software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Just about everything. The interface is confusing and seems to change quite often. Just when you think you know where something is located, it moves.
When you try to do a document search, half the things you want to find are not searchable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is a lot of features within Adapt, but it still feels fairly simple to get around. Personalised dashboards means each team member can have their own enabling them to work quicker and more effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's not the prettiest of software. It feels very professional, which is great but also can be daunting for new users. There's a lot of information that might just be lost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
