Eploy is extremely configurable and flexible around our varied needs as an organisation and the system is very user friendly both for our administrators and hiring managers.

The backend of the systet. m is sometimes quite complicated to use and requires a a more systems/IT expert.

I have always considered Eploy to be a fairly intuitive platform, making it easy to train new members of staff in how to best navigate and utilise eploy at different points of the recruitment process. The customer support team are also responsive and helpful, and happy to discuss improvements and changes to adapt to our needs. The implementation of these updates is typically timely, and when a change is not yet possible (sometimes due to functionality restrictions), the customer service team are usually more than happy to work with their techs to discuss the reality of the update, considering timeframe and alternative solutions where necessary. Working within recruitment, eploy is a daily tool with a variety of features (including dashboards and reporting) that serve our needs at every stage of recruitment, through to integration with our HR platform for smooth onboarding. There are very few suggestions that I would have for improving eploy, except for functionality improvements (going beyond what is currently posssible) as technology improves - which I know Eploy is very hot on, with their technical team delivering regular update rollouts. The relationship between our organisation and the Service Desk/Client Success team has been exceptional. We collaborate effectively, and the team is always approachable and helpful. Logging a request is straightforward, and communication and support are both timely and effective.
ePloy has become an integral tool within our resourcing function, used daily to support our operations. After reviewing multiple ATS platforms, I believe there’s room for improvement in the dashboard interface. While the components and metrics provided are highly useful, the overall look and feel come across as somewhat clunky and overly metric-focused, making it less ideal for sharing with key stakeholders. Implementation and integration with our current payroll was painless and easy, and the team were a great help.
Customer service has been second to none - probably the best I have worked with. They are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our business needs are met where possible and usually without the need to find hidden cost and charges.

There arent really any major downsides. There are a couple of minor improvements i would request (i.e. mass deletetion of drop down list info), but there is a robust ideas platform for the software, so they are always looking into ways to listen and meet customer needs. Unfortunately, the marketing module is not as insightful as it'd be. Data on email performance is limited to open/clicks, but there is no correlation between activities. They sit at user level, rather than campaign level. I'd love to have access to better marketing analytics and more intuitive ways to segment and target the database. We implemented Eploy around 5 years ago. In that time we've continued to see huge, regular changes in the advancement of the product. They take on board feedback really well & are constantly looking to upgrade our system & ensure we're making the most of all the features. The support team are fantastic, responding quickly every time & very knowledgeable. There really isn't much I can think of. Sometimes the system is a little overwhelming when you're trying to change processes but that's down to there being so much available & the support team are great at talking you through what you need to do when you do get a bit lost. The system is incredibly easy to use, as a customer you have so much control over how you want your system to work. The build/implementation team were fantastic in creating the system we wanted, as well as reacting on feedback after we'd launched to tweak it as necessary. We have been using Eploy for around 12 weeks now and we couldn't be more happy with it as our ATS solution. IT has completely changed the way we approach recruitment and has put much more of the actions and controls in the hands of the candidate, releasing time for our recruitment team to concentrate on other areas. It's easy to use, easy to change, and thanks to the implementation team, easy to setup. The only negative, if you can call it a negative, is that Eploy was very much undersold to us. There are a pelethora of functions and features that we are only just discovering, and using to make improvements to how we use it.
