What do you like best about EPAY HCM?

When I was locked out of the app on my phone, the customer service rep tried over and over again until we got it working. He was very patient with me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EPAY HCM?

What I like best about EPAY is the ability to inprocess personnel from around the U.S. quickly and easily. I also like how users can update their own information easily and quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EPAY HCM?

The think I dislike the most is trying to get a help ticket resolved. It takes a few days to correct if you input the wrong social security number or last name. There is no way to manually fix the error as an administrator. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With Epay HCM we are able to solve our HR and Payroll problems. We have realized the benefits of tracking of all employee taxes, inprocessing and personnel files in one location and system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EPAY HCM?

I was unsure on how to complete a mass upload for a recent stat holiday in which only certain employees would receive the pay. The EPAY team quickly responded to my inquiries and directed me through each step using snapshots and explanations. The visuals they provided made it extremely helpful to understand the proper process in order to avoid any payroll discrepancies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EPAY HCM?

The associate that handled my case was very helpful and patient with me despite my ignorance. She walked me through each step patiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EPAY HCM?

I don't really have a complaint other than the fact that there was an issue with our clocks, but it turned out to be because our clients firewall was blocking them from syncing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I strongly recommend using EPAY. When I became a manager it took a day for me to learn how to use the system and get all of my employees paid correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
