What I like best about EPAY is the ability to inprocess personnel from around the U.S. quickly and easily. I also like how users can update their own information easily and quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The think I dislike the most is trying to get a help ticket resolved. It takes a few days to correct if you input the wrong social security number or last name. There is no way to manually fix the error as an administrator. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The EPAY team quickly responded to my inquiries and directed me through each step using snapshots and explanations.
