What do you like best about EPAY HCM?

What do you like best about EPAY HCM?

What i liked best is response time. When i sent them an email about my issue the reply was sent back very fast and resolution was fast too. Very friendlyy and helpful and i am proud to be associate with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is EPAY HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have used them for my payroll through my employer. I was able to swap my direct deposit at short notice and they made sure my pay was on time and in my correct account within 3 days notice, which isn't alot of notice. What do you like best about EPAY HCM?

The best thing about EPAY is that it is easy to add and fix the time for employees. The online chat for any help is fantastic they get to you right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I dislike is if someone didn't punch out and in from lunch is to add the time. Might be something easy to do but I don't know how to do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EPAY HCM?

I'm the account manager and using the system to do payroll and time management is great. The way it's set up you just cruze through it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EPAY HCM?

The only down side is if i'm rushing to do something in the system and at the time the system is re-booting. It only takes a few minutes, but to be truthful there isn't anything i dislike about EPAY. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
