My educational background is in Customer Relationship Management, therefore, my focus is always on acquiring, nurturing, and retaining customers to encourage brand loyalty. As a CRM professional, I recognize quality customer service when I see it, and know immediately when I am not receiving it. What I like best about EPay is the overall customer service experience. The system itself is very user-friendly, but on occasions when I have encountered problems, most of my own doing, and had to contact customer service, I have found Epay representatives to be very courteous, patient and results-oriented from beginning to end. This is very important to organizational behavior because the way customers are treated determines whether the company will keep them as customers, or lose them to a competitor. Oftentimes when dealing with customer service /technical support representatives, they make you feel like you are wasting their time. I like to say that they make you feel like you are the "Village Idiot". You know the ones that I'm talking about. You can hear them sighing, and seemingly gasping for air in the background. I have never had this or any other type of bad experience with EPAY. And when all is said and done and the problem is resolved, I am all the wiser because I learned something new. Over the years, I have worked on various payroll systems including the big "A", and I can honestly say that I have not found any feature of EPay HCMthat I dislike. Any challenges that I have faced were because of something that I didn't do, i.e., reading and comprehending the instructions before pressing the keys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ePay is easy to use, the first screen I encounter after logging in has everything I need on a daily basis, I can find and verify my time punches with the menu, and I like the flexibility of using the website or the mobile app to log my time clock punches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
ePay did experience a few bugs (unable to select facility or task a handful of times, got a system error and couldn't clock in), no system is perfect or is up all the time, but being able to use the mobile app helped bridge the gap when the web client wasn't working for me. EDIT: I was also offered a gift card to leave this review, and they didn't make good on that, so now I've gone back and knocked a few points off my review. I like how easy and straight forward EPAY is to use, both on the mobile app and the website. One of the best things is the quick login time and easy-to-navigate app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some things I dislike about the app is that it's not formatted to fit the design and resolution of an iPhone 12 Pro Max, which makes it look outdated. I would like to see improvements in the UI design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The system is easy to learn and easy to. Employees have no problem loging in and tracking their time. It is easy to look up employee information, track hours and adjust times as needed. Employees of all ages and backgrounds have seemed to learn the system quickly. Very rarly is there a problem with an employee clocking in or trying to access their paystubs. The system is easy to use and easy to navigate. It seems like everything is spelled out. Its easy to clock in for the stsart of the shift and clock in and out for meal breaks. Looking up pay history and making changes to taxes or employee information is pretty simple as well.
Compared to other platforms, Epay seems pretty simple to get use to and input information or make changes. The more you work with it the easier it gets. I use it on a daily basis for time keeping and have no complains this far.
The fact that the system could be downloaded onto an employees phone to allow them to clock in and out from their phone adds convience to the user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's not a whole lot at this time that I would disagree with. The system works great for what Atalian uses it for. There are times that the system may slow down but I'm sure that is due to our internet connection. At times employees forget their user name or password and that could cause some confusion. As far as anything goes involving Epay there are no major concerns.

I love that if I ever get caught up with issues while running payroll, the customer service team is always swift to respond and help. Also, when the team resolves problems, the follow-up email makes me even more satisfied with the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer representative I spoke to was very helpful. My problem wasn't one that could be resolved -- my company no longer used the support system, unbeknownst to me -- but the representative told me what next steps I could take and took time to make sure I received the correct information though we realized by then that I wasn't actually still a customer, technically speaking. The Epay system allows me to track and identify employee attendance issues quickly. I am now learning how to create a Master Schedule within the website to track problem areas with OT. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only issue I ran into utilizing this tool is the inability to delete schedules no longer being used. For example, I created a TEST schedule during my practice and am unable to delete it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
