To start, for someone new to CRM, Engagebay is an excellent option and partner - offering numerous user-friendly templates. It requires some adjustment, but with support from the team, particularly Charles as well as Bob and Mark, the experience has been quite smooth. There are constraints, such as restricted space for the introduction before the email template; email broadcasts can occasionally be slow to send, and some emails fail to reach corporates despite the guarantee that they would go to the Inbox instead of the junk folder.
