I was really struggling to track my customer data for marketing purpose and needed a CRM that wouldn't break the bank and EngageBay popped up in my search. At first I was a bit overwhelmed but after watching a few tutorial videos I started to get hang of it. It offers tons of functionalities for a reasonable fee. First off, Engagebay is a fantastic option and business partner for a CRM novice because it offers a variety of user-friendly designs. It takes some getting used to, but the journey has been quite simple thanks to the team's help, particularly Charles, Bob, and Mark. There are restrictions, such as a small amount of space for an introduction before the email template; occasionally, email broadcasts are delayed to send; and some emails do not reach corporates even though it was promised that they would end up in the inbox rather than the garbage bin. There is a valid reason why certain technicalities, like scheduling appointments, might be a little difficult. I've done a lot of work with Hubspot and Sales Force. I found Hubspot's functionality to be excellent, but the price was too much for the company I now work for.
