What do you like best about EngageBay All-in-One Suite?

It has prebuilt landing pages and templates to be used for my required feature "BroadCast" of Email, SMS, Sequences and Automation. I'm using these since 2023 (using about 10 months). These help alot to achieve targets.

The 2nd best things is, its very easy to use, very easy to integrate/connect accounts. I implemented its templates and got most possible results.

I was surprsed that they have live chat support for free users as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It helps me create forms and email campaigns. I was able to setup a basic email campaign and a form with in an hour which is a huge plus for someone who doesn't want to spend days learning the new system. The drag and drop builders for emails and landing pages are straight forward and best part is that the templates are mobile responsive which is what matters most. The marketing automation features are a standout. I love the easy way to create workflows to nurture leads. It lets me track leads and deals in a visual pipeline thats simple yet effective. One of the biggest advantage I have found with Engagebay is its intuitive interface. Whether your tech-savvy or not the layout is really straightforward and easy to navigate. EngageBay is a game changer for me as a Recruiter. It simplifies the hiring process where I can manage job postings on LinkedIn platform from EngageBay, filter candidates based on the tags added to them and schedule interviews using EngageBay appointment links.

What do you like best about EngageBay All-in-One Suite?

I like almost everything in the CRM. The user interface which is easy to use and navigate. The email template builder which creates responsive email templates with in minutes using just drag and drop. The automations and workflows have made my life easier and which does everything automatically and the most important is their customer support which is highly responsive and ready to assist anytime. Since I started using EngageBay I have not found any major issues with the product and the only drawback I found is their mobile app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is EngageBay All-in-One Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

EngageBay have made my life easier. I can easily import thousands of contacts with in minutes into the CRM from a CSV file. The smart lists will automatically add the contacts based on my criteria defined. I mainly used it for email sequences. It helps me create a sequences with a set of emails and just add contacts to it and it does start sending emails automatically with the delay defined between each email. I am using EngageBay to create forms and capture the leads. The form builder is easy to use as we can create one using the drag and drop builder. It helps me create an automation that gets triggered when the form is submitted and send the emails automatically. Also, the automation checks for the email opens and add the score to the contacts and this score helps me decide how warm the lead is. First of all it helps me to create email templates that are responsive using its template builder. I use these templates to email my contacts using email broadcasts. Based on the broadcast stats I create a list of contacts who have opened the email and follow up with them.
