It is one of the feature rich CRM which offers great features like Sales, Marketing, and even service desk. I like the easyness of the software. It doesn't need any special training to be able to use the product. Being a sales recruiter I need to keep a track record of all the deals and this product helps me in achieving my goals. I was really struggling to track my customer data for marketing purpose and needed a CRM that wouldn't break the bank and EngageBay popped up in my search. At first I was a bit overwhelmed but after watching a few tutorial videos I started to get hang of it. It offers tons of functionalities for a reasonable fee.
