What do you like best about Ease?

What do you like best about Ease?

Employee enrollment process is great. Easy and quick to download the employee forms for submission to the carriers. Ease is very user friendly and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

All the carriers do not have the EDI feed in place, so information is transmitted. Still have to submit paper forms to most insurance carriers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Ease:

Ease is easy to use and a great tool for onboarding and employee enrollments. The carriers that have an EDI feed, it is great and little work is involved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?

That the support is great and the system is logical and intuitive for our clients to use. They take to the system very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like to have more vendor integrations especially with the medical carriers that we work with such as United Healthcare, CIGNA, Kaiser and Anthem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Paperless onboarding; open enrollment; easy benefit selection for new hires. One of the best is that I enter information on Ease and it is pushed out to our insurance plan. This saves me duplicate entries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's nit picky but my biggest gripe is when you lose everything you've typed in a pop up box by hi-liting and dragging too far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease helps us fulfill our mission to be both hi-touch and hi-tech. We love face to face when it comes to explaining personal employee benefits but tech is also needed in this world and we're so happy we implemented Ease long before this pandemic so we've really had very little disruption.
