It is very simple to use, and I like the formatted templates that are already made (import template, email template, etc). I also like that it can be used for small groups and large groups alike, and that it can be made simpler or more complex for certain clients. I think the library for plans is a little inefficient and not well organized, and the plans don't always seem to be updated. I think that the dashboards and other areas of the the tabs should be more able to be customized, like what clients can/cannot view under benefits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease is simple to navigate for all users from HR, Benefits Administrators, and employees. Ease is user friendly. The ability to troubleshoot and fix errors on the spot. I would like a little more custom reporting options. Next year at EIC, I would really like more discussion opportunity. That was the most valued part of last year's conference - I realize thats hard with this years platform but almost all the content presented, I haven't actually learned anything new and or learned any ways of being more efficient. like with any technology there are always glitches in the system and small things that do not work. We would also like to see if it is possible a place where all the current carrier updates are stored, so we do not have to go look for them but they are all in one place. Sometimes when an employee is re-hired their enrollment is not restored like a new hire but enrolled automatically on what they were enrolled on previously which throws employees off a little. Stores SBCs for all plans and enrollment forms. Payroll reports for HR to employee's deductions. Can monitor open enrollment progresses. You can add links and additional documents. You can run numerous reports - enrollment histories for specific employees, create censuses, help employees by switching to employee view if they are having issues completing their profile. You can not color highlight important information that you really want employees to see. It would be really helpful to be able to use different font sizes also to emphasize new information you want employees to be aware of.
