What do you like best about Ease?
Ease is quick and user friendly for all employees whether they are tech savvy or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Ease?
I've had one continuing issue with Ease and not sure if it is on my end of their end. When sending the invite to new employees, the email is blocked by the server. Our broker is able to send it when it gets stuck though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?
The ability to instantly enroll new hires. A quick email will provide a new hire access to their benefit options as well as the rates for the plans offered in a few clicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Ease?
Reporting features seem to be a bit difficult to deal with. There is a lack of clarity and organization in a lot of the reports provided. The ACA reporting is also pretty glitchy, especially when it's an additional premium. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?
When you put a client on Ease, it removes the paper shuffle and creates a user friendly experience for enrolling members to complete their benefit selections anywhere and its mobile friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?
All of my small group clients in one spot! If the HR and managers are doing their jobs adding new hires and terminations when they happen, this is the easiest thing that's happened to my agency ever!!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Ease?
Making the documents that you have uploaded available to all of the client accounts available.... so, if you need a document that is not in the Ease library, you can download it, which is great, but if I need the same document for my other clients, I need to re-download it?
