What do you dislike about Ease?
The reports need to be more specific for me to use to my advantage. For example I need a report on all employee that waived benefits. I can't easily find this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?
It is very user friendly - Also I am a visual learner (they give a great introduction to the EASE program) and they provided me with a Ease Enrollment Guide - I have used it often - however our insurance reps can usually assist us within seconds if we have a question or problem. What do you dislike about Ease?
On occasional I felt that an entry or update that I made into EASE was not accepted, stored, or entered - you can tell that I am having trouble with lack of wording and I had to think hard on what do I dislike. I will go back in and check sometimes the information is there. Or I cannot find it. User error in most instances - but I can put a note on my entry and our reps can see the notes - and will confirm receipt of update by notification on our company email address. What do you like best about Ease?
The ability to track all of our clients employees/enrollments; even if the client doesn't use it. I wouldn't want to be responsible for ACA reporting without it. LOVE the Ease Connect+ Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't think there are any downsides of using Ease. It only helps our day to day business.

The ease of keeping track of time off requests is so handy! Employees can log in and view time used and time still available and also see what their insurance benefits are as well.
