What do you like best about Ease?

Would like to be able to mass send logins/reminders to logins, or have reminders sent automatically. Also, employees sometimes do not submit fully due to confusion they have on the final screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?

The accuracy and legibility of completed forms that go to the Carriers. EDI is getting better but there are still issues. Mostly with timing and having to lock the system during Open Enrollments, or errors on forms causing them to not feed at all rather than triggering for correction. What do you dislike about Ease?

Teaching/training the Admins at their place of business has been difficult and ongoing. We have ended up taking back all of the group admin from them, so that doesn't decrease our workload, as we hoped it would. Payroll integration is difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

unless you utilize a GA for setup (at which time you may not have control over the minute details), be prepared to spend a lot of time on set up and customizing. Renewals go much smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?

I like that I can put in a name, email and date of hire and it allows the employee to complete the process with just clicking the link I send them. I have had no complaints about the enrollment process, it seems to go smoothly every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

The only thing I dislike is that when an employee makes a change I don't receive an email stating that. The only email I get states changes have been made in the company. I wish it would tell me exactly who made changes, or logged in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

EASE has some of the best customer service. Liza is amazing and was so patient with us setting EASE up.

They walk through the process and make sure every time I call with a question I understand the answer.

What do you like best about Ease?

EASE is an extremely user friendly platform. The support is excellent, always available and incredibly friendly staff. As a relatively new user, there is a lot to know to fully access the potential value of this tool for small groups management and to keep current with tasks for managing many different small groups and their employee benefits. I am constantly phoning in for assistance with some of the finer nuances of completing plan set up and/or managing the details of each plan/employee so that the accurate payroll deductions are reflected. The reps are extremely knowledgeable and know how to quickly fix the problems that often come up, usually due to my own shortsightedness when initially setting up a plan. Never do I feel that I have asked a stupid question or that I have made an irreversible error. All questions are taken in stride and calmly answered. Usually the fixes or the input I am given seems like magic. I ALWAYS know I am going to receive the solution to my problem and have a patient person explaining the best way to resolve it. EASE staff has never let me down once and I know I can rely on them for help as I learn all I need to maximize the potential of this amazing admin tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is super helpful once groups are set up to either auto-feed connected benefits, or manage benefits renewals. Inevitably I run into problems with setting up a plan for a group, or issues unique to a specific group such as how to set a benefits cap for STD or LTD insurance. As a new user, I am on a steep learning curve, constantly deepening my understanding of all the ways this platform helps employees have access to their benefits options. There are a million ways to serve small groups and EASE helps us do just that, with an edge over other HR platforms. That boils down to the personal service aspect that EASE has downpat.
