What do you like best about Ease?
Ease is very user friendly. You enter your new employee, an email is sent to them, they login and do the onboarding. My new hires have told me it is very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Ease?
The only problem is I do have some employees that are technically challenged. So having an online product doesn't work for everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easily find employees and their benefits. Aca is easy to run but the cost is annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease is very user friendly and I am able to add or delete employees with ease. Pun intended ;] If I had faced and sort of confusion or issue my rep was wonderful on helping me and giving me any information I needed. She also gave me a full tutorial when I first started to help me get comfortable with the system. Very appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Ease?
The only issue I have faced is trying to help an employee sign his documents after enrolling, our screens seemed to be different when I was explaining to him on where he needed to click and sign. But my rep handled the issue no problem and very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
