Ease is a great product if the employer intends on taking an active role in benefits administration. Ease is very easy for HR managers to use and I have only heard good things about it from HRs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am making it easier for employers to manage their census and to have employees sign employment paperwork when they start working. I like using Ease as a central database to track enrollment and employment changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?

Ease is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate. I use the report feature often and can always find the information that I need. Customer service is also excellent! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

eliminates human error! Now I enter a termination once and it goes to my carriers. It's saved a ton of time.

What do you like best about Ease?

My client's employees can digitally sign multiple carrier's forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

It takes a long time to get carrier connections setup. I'm still waiting for a ticket to be complete with Principal and it's been almost a month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?

I like the stratightforward employee interface and easy set up. Also so many more features that allow for customization on case-by-case basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Ease:

Allow at least one week to set up and test before rolling out to employees. If possible, do not try to set up at the same time as open enrollment schedule. Either start one month before starting OE or do it after all OE changes are processed and effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have helped more clients see the value of going paperless and having all the benefits info in one place. I've seen less enrollment errors because employees see what they are getting and how much they are paying right up front. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
