What do you like best about Ease?

Employee's history. Employees sometimes don't remember what coverages they have elected and also how much the coverages are costing them each month. Ease has the complete history, employees can log into Ease and confirm coverages and amounts of premiums. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?

With everyone working remotely this system allows everything to be done online free from hard copies. I LOVE that we are able to add videos so that the employee can watch the videos at home with their spouse so they both get to learn about their new benefits together and get the same information at the same time. What do you dislike about Ease?

Right now we do not have it feed to our payroll system. But that's not really a downside because the capability is there, we just aren't utilizing that portion yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I send a link to our new hires, they watch the videos and fill everything out and we are done. It cuts down on new hire orientation by at least 30 minutes if not more! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?

I am the admin for our benefits. The employees are easily able to log into EASE and select their benefits. It's easy for me to go into the system, see their elections and transfer those choices into the benefit vendors. I did not hear any complaints from the employees which is always a bonus. What do you dislike about Ease?

I feel like the welcome email system could be a little upgraded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were doing enrollment into insurance via paper forms when new employees were onboarding outside of open enrollment. It was a struggle for some employees to be able to print out the benefit forms and then it wasn't always easy to get that paperwork back. With EASE, everything is automated. Recommendations to others considering Ease:

It does take some time/training to get used to the system, but that is probably the case for any BenAdmin system. Once you get the feel for how to use this system you will find that it is the best benadmin system around with a lot of customization available for your clients. I don't particularly appreciate how it doesn't talk to our current payroll system, and therefore, employees have to enroll in two different places. Due to this, it could cause discrepancies and errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?

Ease has definitely organized my business and reduced my paper overload. Most of the employer groups and employees have been onboard with doing electronic enrollment. There are a few hold outs who like the old fashion way of enrolling into benefits. Even though some do not use the electronic enrollment, I have (after the fact of paper enrollment), entered the enrollment into ease and it has improved our tracking of business in general.

I'm still learning, but it will definitely allow me to grow my busy and keep my competitive edge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

Sometimes a system tries to make the process so simple it over steps the purpose. The process tries to solve every problem and in the process becomes so complex that much of my time is spent in training or looking up helps to make the program do what you want it to do. This is more of a problem for those of us who have been in the insurance business for a number of years. Ease is one of the most intuitive systems I have used. I just want to keep it simple enough to keep me in the insurance business not the programing business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows me to do more sales without traveling to the clients physical address all the time. So my sales area can expand without eating up my time and miles on my car.

I started to "evolve" my business in 2018. I had already invested in ease but as part of that 'evolution' I began focusing solely on employer services and had other members of my team handle individual and medicare.
