With everyone working remotely this system allows everything to be done online free from hard copies. I LOVE that we are able to add videos so that the employee can watch the videos at home with their spouse so they both get to learn about their new benefits together and get the same information at the same time. I am the admin for our benefits. The employees are easily able to log into EASE and select their benefits. It's easy for me to go into the system, see their elections and transfer those choices into the benefit vendors. I did not hear any complaints from the employees which is always a bonus. I don't particularly appreciate how it doesn't talk to our current payroll system, and therefore, employees have to enroll in two different places. Due to this, it could cause discrepancies and errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease has definitely organized my business and reduced my paper overload. Most of the employer groups and employees have been onboard with doing electronic enrollment. There are a few hold outs who like the old fashion way of enrolling into benefits. Even though some do not use the electronic enrollment, I have (after the fact of paper enrollment), entered the enrollment into ease and it has improved our tracking of business in general.

Sometimes a system tries to make the process so simple it over steps the purpose. The process tries to solve every problem and in the process becomes so complex that much of my time is spent in training or looking up helps to make the program do what you want it to do. This is more of a problem for those of us who have been in the insurance business for a number of years. Ease is one of the most intuitive systems I have used. I started to "evolve" my business in 2018. I had already invested in ease but as part of that 'evolution' I began focusing solely on employer services and had other members of my team handle individual and medicare.
