What do you like best about Ease?

It's fairly simple to navigate for employees and has a clean look. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

We've used a few different benefit admin sites so we're quite familiar with what these sites are capable of. One of the things I dislike is the difficulty of reviewing historical data. You need to navigate away from the employee page and download a report in order to get a timeline of changes made to a record. While functional, it's not exactly intuitive or clean. Recommendations to others considering Ease:

I think the main benefit is the use of enrollment forms. If a group requires signed enrollment forms to submit to the carrier I would definitely recommend this product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Ease?

I love the online enrollment system for enrolling new employees in their benefits. Additionally, the open enrollment system is a great way to streamline the annual process of renewing employee benefits. I really appreciate how the EaseCentral team is always trying to introduce new features and integrations to make the system even more useful and user friendly. What do you dislike about Ease?

I have had very few problems with Easecentral, but there have been a few times where the system malfunctioned and re-enrolled an employee who had been termed or didn't send through the carrier integration file correctly. The support team is not always very prompt at resolving the issues, and I would prefer to be able to reach the support team via phone rather than always having to submit a support ticket. Definitely at least give it a try, The increasing amount of carriers that are integrated makes it less work to process an enrollment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?

We primarily use the new hire enrollment and open enrollment features for managing our clients employee benefits. Additionally our clients really enjoy the ACA reporting features. We also really like the EaseConnect and EaseConnect+ features for integrating with some of the carriers we work with and look forward to seeing more and more integrated carriers. What do you like best about Ease?

One spot to see all the available information and everyting that needs to be completed for enrollment. It's also great to know I can login to Ease to see an employee's current elections if one of them has a problem. I don't have to filter through all the saved, older information in my files. What do you dislike about Ease?

Not always clear if something has been saved after hitting the save button. It leaves a little room for doubt during the process. That's a pretty small complaint though, all things considered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?

There's no more wondering whether an employee has started their enrollment process. You can just log in and see how many employees have started, how many have completed, and how many haven't yet begun the process.
