It is easy for me to add an employee to register and choose their benefits. It is also easy for Employees to choose their benefits Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For Employees, I think a straightforward button to enroll/change their benefits for a qualifying event would be helpful. Right now they have to click Benefits > Change My Benefits > Change Coverage Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Good and bad - the system gets changed so frequently that it makes it difficult to help employees go through the system unless I'm sitting with them, which is very infrequent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This platform simplifies the entire benefits process from original enrollment through any changes and also annual open enrollment. It also eliminates all the multiple paper applications that need completed, tracked, filed and maintained. Another great perk- It puts control into the employees hands and simplifies the process of benefits applications to a much more streamlined process. They also have direct access to all the information regarding their benefits coverage where in the past they come to HR and we would spend time providing all the info. and as the icing on the cake. The tracking and reports for HR/Payroll are super easy and oh so helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
