What do you like best about Ease?
It provides a system for employees to get all the benefit documents in one area. They can refer back to the system for details and do not have to come to HR for the documents. No more storing or using paper documents for open enrollment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Ease?
An employee may decide to enroll during the late evening and if questions come up they have to wait until later to complete enrollment. However, we did have times set up for employees to make an appointment vs enrolling on their own. The administrative side has not flowed like I would have liked Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?
Ease is very user friendly and the customer service line is very helpful. Ease makes it easy to pull census and rate information in reports and has a lot of great resources for brokers and employers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Ease?
Ease is still needing improvement on configuring Voluntary Life/AD&D plans so that all the allowed changes/provisions of each carrier can be accommodated. It's very hard to administer Voluntary Life/AD&D currently in Ease; we have had to make a lot of manual corrections to work around the limitations of current plan configuration. What do you like best about Ease?
Ease is a cost-effective, easy-to-use system. From an administrative standpoint, it is straightforward and very customizable. The reports are fairly customizable, though not complex. For onboarding, some documents are customizable, reducing manual work and email sending outside the system. From an employee standpoint, employees can easily compare benefit options, see total costs, and access plan resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Ease?
It is a standalone system, so does not integrate with all platforms. The customizable documents don't list as many fields as we would prefer for complex forms, but it is fairly flexible and works for most of our forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?
I find it to be very user friendly and we are enjoying the option to provide open enrollment online. It is a time saver to use Ease and have all the information, benefit plans, applications, etc. in one place and have a link be sent. No more multiple emails and documents to keep up with. Thank you!
