Easy to use, helpful in tracking enrollment and history and the various reporting functions make generating a report with information I need in one place a breeze! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?
Ease of use and simplicity for us a their broker and for the employers/employees. Carrier connections are great for handling eligibility. I am happy to see that Ease is always updating their system and adding feature requests. We have been using Ease consistently for our clients since 2017 and loved the experience with Ease. They have a wonderful support team that is knowledgeable and quick to respond and resolve issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Ease?
Wish there was a carrier connection with Cigna and Anthem. It would be nice to have a new hire reminder to resend logins or a way schedule logins, especially for open enrollment. I would like if employees could view their owned signed forms. This comment has been made more over the last year than prior years. Employees are wanting to have access to the signed forms to refer back to what they enrolled in the first time vs their most recent since we have four years of history for some of our clients. Easy way to manage, store, and collect data. Reports are extremely helpful and make day to day easy. Easy for employers to use. Integrated forms makes managing employee changes ease and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not enough carrier connections. Would like to see connections with more of the big name carriers like UHC and BCBS. Having these connections would change the way we do business forever. The amount of time managing employee changes significantly slows our business down, so having those connections would be a huge bonus for our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?
Ease is relatively easy to learn to use. We get access to Ease through our benefits broker, and it allows us to manage insurance enrollments in one place without having to make updates across multiple carrier platforms. It's also a useful way for us to be on the same pages as the broker when it comes to managing all our processes online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Ease?
Ease does not currently integrate with our HRIS, so I need to manually update payroll deductions in our HRIS. This isn't a huge deal for a company of our size (about 70 employees), but it could become an issue as we get bigger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
