What do you like best about Ease?

The most helpful function of Ease to me is that it makes managing membership and eligibility a streamline process for brokers. It is able to house all data needed for our clients such as employee information, organization information, and benefit details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

I wish that there were more free file feeds available with our different carriers. I would also love to have a dedicated representative on the Ease Connection team that we are able to reach out to if and when issues occur. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Ease:

Make the platform mandatory for employees to use. This way whenever a company has a new hire, someone experiences a QLE, or the group goes through their OE period the system is able to track and house all information for every employee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?

Employee management & tracking. It is useful for reporting purposes for payroll, housing important documents such as enrollment forms, and managing membership.

What do you like best about Ease?

What do you like best about Ease?

Clean site, easy to navigate, overall nice and helpful representatives, great capabilities to map and include other on-boarding items- employers appreciate this Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

- Regarding our Agency's Ease subscription: It would be great if there was another option for mid size employers like us to add a few more authorized users. We have 3 users now, but this is limiting for us when carriers offer to help build products in Ease. It would be nice if Ease offered a few carrier user log-ins for each subscription, that we could offer here and there for carriers to log-in and support us, like a mid-size tier to move up slightly on our subscription without jumping all the way to "unlimited" log-ins- we would appreciate more subscription options/tiers!

- Phone lines don't open until 11:00 am CST which is difficult for us mid westerners if there is an urgent need that comes up. It would be nice for earlier hours especially on Mondays!

- Some feedback requests I've put in have been requested for two years or more, as they aren't priority compared to more urgent/high needs. It would be great if these especially the small requests would be honored, especially when multiple (and sometimes numerous) others are requesting the same thing! Hoping changes will come! What do you like best about Ease?

I like how easy it is to build out a site for a company. I was using a system previously that would take us days to have ready. We are now getting sites ready within an hour or two for some mid-sized clients and sometimes 20 minutes or less for really small ones. It is really nice having the integrated carrier connections too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

I do wish there was more disclaimers and language that were in the library that can easily be applied to different lines of coverage. A video library would be nice as well. Although, we are getting pretty efficient with building out our own library with this info. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?

This has allowed us to streamline the benefit administration/education process for our clients. Before we were doing something different for each one and the consistence was difficult. It would be nice if an employee could self-register, like with a link, rather than needing to be entered in on the back end. (This may actually be a feature and we just haven't used it.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
