I wish I could be automatically notified when an employee makes a change or enrolls in a benefit Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that all I have to do is set up a new employee and then send a login email to them and that is it. Everything about our benefits is there and I don't waste time going over all of the paperwork. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Service has not been as good as it used to be. It could be because demand has increased. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ease eliminates paper forms and data entry errors from repeated/double-entry manual system. You are able to pull census reports, track changes (maintains history), and add backup documents for any legal requirements. Because of the history, you can review/audit entries, changes that took place, and any missing items. Ease also makes open-enrollment a breeze since you can launch OE to your employee group, then have employees make their selections, changes - all by themselves; plus, you can send email reminders while tracking the progress of the group. You can create templates (using their standard or create your own) of enrollment messages, as well as customize onboarding instructions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ease does not allow for ALL Employee View - you must select the type of group to view each time you want to look at a list. Ease is also limited in the search pattern - you must enter the employee name as spelled out - you cannot just enter 3 letters for it to pull all names with those 3 letters. I really like how user friendly EASE is and that the system seems to be fairly intuitive. I do feel like it's an easy program for our employees to use and that information and materials can be loaded so that it's easily accessible and for our end users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Does not communicate with our HRIS system or with carrier portals. Currently there are only 4 systems that EASE interacts with and from an administrators standpoint, I feel that's very limited. It would make my jib so much easier if it had an EDI feed that would communicate with the carriers and could share data with my payroll system so I wouldn't have to update all of these independantly. User-Friendly interface with easy to customize fields, and my Broker has full access to assist when I need help. Electronic data transfer of benefits information to my providers means less double entry. Great way for us to keep track of our new hires and benefit enrollments. Electronic open enrollment has saved us hours every year. Employees really like being "walked" through the process online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reporting isn't as easy to use as I'd like - I find myself running summaries for everyone instead of easily and quickly being able to figure out how to run them for just the one employee I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
