What do you like best about Ease?
I like how the site reaches out to our Team and allows them to review their options without all the paperwork. I also like the helpful How-To videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Ease?
Qualify Events and new hire enrollment is not as easy to navigate and requires others to confirm the process is done correctly. The site is fixed on Open Enrollment periods, so changes to someone's plan within the period are confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?
The ease of use. The staff can easily go from one screen to the next with clear directions. Very easy for them to download our plans and look at them as well as compare prices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Ease?
Sometimes our administrator does not get on and connect the dots, meaning if there's a termination they have to do that the rest of the way with the insurance companies. Nice for me as I used to have to do that, BUT not nice for me if they don't do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?
EASE is very user-friendly for both employees and HR. I can speak to both sides, being a Director of HR. I would highly recommend EASE to any employer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Ease?
The only thing I can think of is the fact that there is no integration available with BambooHR. We've been able to consolidate everything HR-related into Bamboo except for benefits enrollment/maintenance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When someone makes a change, or completes an enrollment, the email I receive just tells me there was some sort of activity in the system. I have to log in and figure out what the change was. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?
The entire enrollment process is awesome. It makes managing our business so much easier. We're still in the process of transferring clients onto the Ease platform and I can tell you that when an addition or deletion comes up that's not on Ease, we cringe a little at the extra work. Ease generates ALL the forms for us on the carriers own forms in their own format. So you know they will be accepted. No other platform does that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Ease?
They need more carrier integrations which they are adding. When a carrier is on the platform, its incredible! There is nothing for us to do after an enrollment is completed.
