What do you like best about Ease?
Ease makes it easy for the employees to view all of the documents in one place and under the correlating plan. It is also extremely user-friendly, which is crucial! I think the process itself for employees is easy peasy. I never get questions from the Ease process as it is THAT easy, wonderful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Ease?
The employer side of Ease definitely needs work. It would be best if it correlated straight into the portal so that you did not have to enter all of the information they entered into another portal, this allows for too much error. The templates could be better and easier to access to change. It is linked to Mutual of Omaha for our Long Term Disability plan, but I wasn't made aware of this till after the fact and have already been using their portal with absolute ease, so why switch now. Plus Ease is kind of finicky on the employer side so I'm not sure I would completely trust it, I would still have to review everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?
EASE is a great tool for my small and large groups. The online enrollment is pretty easy to follow. Our agency can offer this platform at no cost to all our clients.
