What do you like best about Ease?

I love how easy Ease makes it for all of my employees to complete their insurance enrollments. My life is so much easier thanks to Ease Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?

I love the fact that I don't have to hunt down employees anymore to get them paperwork. Also not having to make 10 copies of paperwork because the guys lose it from the office to their vehicle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?

The system is quick to set up and allows a great deal of customization for each client. The option to add features (connectivity to carriers, payroll or HRIS add-ons) make it a perfect fit for almost everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

The change forms don't populate exactly how we need them, but an easy modification. Some EaseConnect+ is not always transferring data (Beam/New Hires). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease is a perfect one-stop shop for brokers who need a portal to offer their clients for online benefit administration. It helps track the progress and utilization while helping keep clients compliant with custom forms, ensuring waivers and ability to run reports. The forms populate perfectly which is incredibly handy to submit to the carriers that still require it and the ability to customize per client, very easily and quickly is far better than many others out there! What do you like best about Ease?

This website has saved our HR department so much time and mountains of paperwork. It is incredibly user-friendly and easy to use for even our least technologically-savvy employees. Does a great job at listing all insurance options and allowing employees to click through options and see live adjustments to what their biweekly premium would be. It is also set up to collect and confirm employee demographic information that insurance companies require. Notifications come directly to my e-mail when changes are made. What do you dislike about Ease?

Initial sign-up and creation/distribution of usernames and passwords (for those employees without a company e-mail) is more manual and time consuming. Accessing coverage documentation for selected policies is a little more difficult to locate, but not by much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Implementing a new benefits administration software can be daunting and an overwhelming prospect, but trust me that it is worth the time and effort for the amount of time and resources that it will save both you and your employees in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No more mountains of paperwork. All insurance election information, demographic data, premium information, and coverage docs are kept in one place. A lot of the questions that were usually fielded by HR about policy costs and coverage are in the software so employees can easily view them while signing up. What do you like best about Ease?

This is our first year with the program, and it has streamlined our the health insurance renewal process. It's easy for employees to access and navigate, and we intend to use more of the features in the coming year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

There are a few areas which could use improvement. The ability to track/manage vacation time is limited. There is no way to adjustment a specific day's request (e.g. if an employee uses a little more or less time on the day than initially requested) without just changing the beginning balance. This makes for a complicated paper trail. There should be a way to adjust the particular day's request if necessary.

Also, the health questionnaire could use improvement. The employees found several of the questions ambiguous. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Ease:

We are a small company of 26 employees, and Ease works well for us. Benefits administration is time-consuming, and this program has definitely streamlined the process saving us time and aggrevation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?

The platform is incredibly simple to use for both the admin and the employees'. Our reps have been good about getting with Ease to make changes as we've needed them to be made to the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've only been using the system for about a year and the only issue I've come across is that I receive a daily email saying there are changes/updates even when there aren't any. Other than that 1 minor "issue," I haven't come across any other dislikes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?

We left one insurance carrier to another because our rep had terrible communication with us and we wanted to put the control back in our hands. With Ease we were able to have more control to employee sign-ups, terminations, LOA's, etc. This is very important, especially with smaller businesses to ensure premiums and invoices are being handled correctly. We use EASE to enroll our employees in our health, dental, and vision benefit plans. This system has taken us to a fully electronic platform, no longer managing physical or pdf forms. From the employee side the EASE enrollment process is simple, any information they need to review is there, and most importantly, the whole process feels safe and secure. What do you like best about Ease?

I like how employees can go in themselves and have the option to look through all of their benefit options. They are able to see how much the overall cost will be, which benefit is more accustomed to their needs, and makes processing eligibility a lot easier. My favorite is the enrollment summaries that give a whole snapshot of what is currently showing benefits wise for the employee. This helps a lot as before on paper, the plan names were not clearly written by the employee. The auto fill definitely on enrollment applications definitely works! What do you dislike about Ease?

I would like to see a different type of change name for employee divison/location changes. It shows up as a profile change and those can be easy to miss to process. Sometimes it is also unclear what type of qualifying event is happening due to the employee writing in something on their own. I also wish that you are able to go back and reprocess a to-do change as once it i processed, it is gone and cannot be changed anymore. Ease helps employees understand their benefits a bit more. Plus it is all paperless! It creates less work for eligibility also by implementing connections/integrations such as mutual of omaha, UNUM, humana, relliant, and many more.
