This website has saved our HR department so much time and mountains of paperwork. It is incredibly user-friendly and easy to use for even our least technologically-savvy employees. Does a great job at listing all insurance options and allowing employees to click through options and see live adjustments to what their biweekly premium would be. It is also set up to collect and confirm employee demographic information that insurance companies require. Notifications come directly to my e-mail when changes are made. Initial sign-up and creation/distribution of usernames and passwords (for those employees without a company e-mail) is more manual and time consuming. This is our first year with the program, and it has streamlined our the health insurance renewal process. It's easy for employees to access and navigate, and we intend to use more of the features in the coming year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a few areas which could use improvement. The ability to track/manage vacation time is limited. There is no way to adjustment a specific day's request (e.g. if an employee uses a little more or less time on the day than initially requested) without just changing the beginning balance. This makes for a complicated paper trail. There should be a way to adjust the particular day's request if necessary.

We've only been using the system for about a year and the only issue I've come across is that I receive a daily email saying there are changes/updates even when there aren't any. Other than that 1 minor "issue," I haven't come across any other dislikes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how employees can go in themselves and have the option to look through all of their benefit options. They are able to see how much the overall cost will be, which benefit is more accustomed to their needs, and makes processing eligibility a lot easier. My favorite is the enrollment summaries that give a whole snapshot of what is currently showing benefits wise for the employee. This helps a lot as before on paper, the plan names were not clearly written by the employee. The auto fill definitely on enrollment applications definitely works! I would like to see a different type of change name for employee divison/location changes. It shows up as a profile change and those can be easy to miss to process. Sometimes it is also unclear what type of qualifying event is happening due to the employee writing in something on their own. I also wish that you are able to go back and reprocess a to-do change as once it i processed, it is gone and cannot be changed anymore. I also wish the forms included termination forms that need to be signed by the employer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
