What do you like best about Ease?

Enrollment is a snap with Ease! It shows you the cost of each plan and the benefits you will receive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

I haven't found one yet. So far, everything Ease offers is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?

As HR, my employees are able to log in day or night and go through the benefits. I don't get calls from spouses asking about the difference between plans or the cost associated anymore. It speeds up the time it takes to look someone's coverage up and verify benefits too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?

Easy to access all carriers small group rates and the excel output is in a format I can use. Also the ability to have one website where employee's answer all health questions and Ease populates all the carriers forms for bidding medical. Also great for employee's switching carriers to enroll in a medical plan and electronically sign the application as it saves on "scrubbing" the paper apps for errors. What do you dislike about Ease?

I haven't found a way to not have it display $0 cost for medical when I'm using it as a gathering signatures on employee apps only. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease is constantly evolving and their technology is getting better; with that, it is getting easier to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

Not having the EDI ability with the medicial carriers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Ease:

Great system, best way to move forward, but I would hesitate to recommend for older brokers; You do need to have some knowledge about an operating system to be able to set-up and manage. The older brokers I work with do sometimes struggle with it, and would not be able to utilize it independently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Ease?

Easy to enter employee information. Also easy for employees to use or for me to enter employee benefits elections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

Reporting is not very flexible and the search function only allows us to search all employees.

Employee contributions do not calculate correctly. We are paid bi-weekly (26x/year) but contributions are paid only 24x/year. I have to enter employees as paid semi-monthly for employee contributions to calculate correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?
