What do you like best about Ease?

It's very user friendly. The carrier connections save us a lot of time on the back end. Ease makes it very easy to manage all of our groups in one place. The support staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Employee feedback after enrollment is nice. The report options plus the ability to create custom reports is something we use on a daily basis. The ease emails that teach groups how to run reports should be very helpful, as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

Form mapping can be frustrating sometimes. Hold times on the phone can be upwards of 45 minutes. There are several open tickets and questions in support that have been open for years. It seems that they are not being addressed. Test employees are annoying. I don't see the point. It is easier for us to add a fake employee and then delete them, but we have to make them a test employee if we have to call in. It just seems like unnecessary extra steps. I understand that 2 factor authentication is necessary, but I hate it. Finding my phone when I'm in the middle of something is a distraction. It would be nice if the new forms were added with renewal plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Utilize the Ease sales materials to convince clients to begin using Ease. Even non tech savvy companies tend to see the benefit once they use it. Integrate with as many carriers as you can. What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps a lot with managing adds and terms. We have far fewer errors on applications. Being able to track logins and opened emails helps when employees complain about not getting logins when they really did. Confirming info is convenient when issues come up down the road. What do you like best about Ease?

Their Customer Service support is phenomenal! The Ease system is very easy to use. I love that you can customize plans to fit almost any situation. Saves so much time! Saves such a large percentage of time & is a LIFE SAVER during Open Enrollment and 4th Quarter!! It is also Rules-Based, so it will not let Employees skip a section or required information. For any type of Enrollment, Ease makes tracking progress so easy. Not one employee has fallen through the cracks. It saves amazing amounts of time! Able to solve Employers' Compliance by putting various compliance documents on Ease for Employees to Review/Sign. Seen it help Large & Small groups by saving time & energy. What do you like best about Ease?

Eliminating room for error, cutting down on paper, and making enrollments stress-free are some of the best things about Ease! 24/7 access to benefits for brokers, employers, and employees with functional navigation helps users make the best benefits decisions. The site is clean and easy to use and provides fantastic integration with other programs that both brokers and employers commonly use! Onboarding, Open Enrollment, and Disenrollment are painless and straightforward. It is easy to send reminders and upload documents or notes if needed. Document maintenance, enrollment and dis-enrollment access for remote employees, new benefits options, prior benefits enrollments; everything is in ONE location, which helps both the broker and the employer! Helpful for both small and large groups as coordination of enrollment meetings is challenging with different departments. Now employees can evaluate their benefits options at their leisure. Also, access to the Ease smartphone app is helpful for companies with employees on the go! What do you like best about Ease?

I like that is is so easy to onboard new employees in EASE. This saves us so much time! The new employees we have onboarded during the last couple of months have commented on how easy the process was

During open enrollment, EASE is able to keep track of where every employee is at during the enrollment process, which saves us having to track down employees who just aren't quite finished yet. This is easier for employees as prior years information is carried over, and all they have to do is change whatever may have changed in their life. What a life-saver from doing the paper forms!

I also utilize EASE to reconcile benefits for all employees. This is a good way to stay on top of the ledgers to ensure everything is in balance all of the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

I don't feel that EASE helps us as much as it should at the time employees change their elections.

We are bigger than a 1 person team and although we receive an automated email that there was an action item, it takes some digging to figure out what happened and how it affects the next payroll. It would be really nice if there was an email saying this employee or that employee changed their benefit elections. Then if EASE was able to produce a summary of what benefits were before they were changed and after, that would be really helpful to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are realizing time savings with management of employee data. Before we had EASE, we had to sit down with the employees and walk them through the entire enrollment process. Now, EASE does most of the work for us. We are able to direct the employee to sign up for benefits, etc before they even start working for us, and everything is explained in EASE. Now we answer very few questions as EASE does a really good job of laying everything out.

At the end of the year, we were also able to use EASE to help with ACA reporting. This saved us tons of time in figuring out what Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?

Ease is pretty simple and straightforward for the person who is enrolling in benefits as an employee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

As an employer/admin, it could use some tweaking and modifications to make it just as user-friendly as the end-user side that employees see. All in all, still not too bad and because the employees find it so easy, that makes it worth it to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?

We've implemented Ease with most of our clients in one capacity or another. We've had several clients enjoy the ease of being able to populate mulitple carrier applications at once along with the tracking of enrollment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

We've occasionally had a hiccup in new employees at open enrollment, that would require a call to support. It would be nice if they had a chat box that you could do a live chat with support. The hold times have been a little longer than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
