What do you like best about Ease?
I really like how intuitive the system is. The progress tools make it easy to know which employees need follow-ups or support with enrollments. What do you like best about Ease?

What do you like best about Ease?
Ease of use. We rarely get questions from the employees with regards to how to use and sign up for benefits. Our Ease Rep Shana Schiffer is also outstanding as she assists us with any questions and issues we have. A software is only as good as the people who provide support. What do you like best about Ease?
I am an HR Coordinator with 120 employees. My company uses Ease for benefit enrollment and it makes our life SO easy. You can see when employees have opened their emails and when they have clicked on links in the emails. The reporting is easy to understand and very user-friendly. What do you like best about Ease?
I like how intuitive EASE is to navigate through. Also, the overall look of the site is very clean. Not overloaded with extra pictures or information I don't need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Ease?
When running my consolidation report for payroll, I wish it would automatically populate the plans the employee are on instead of having to select ALL the plans and then deleting them off my spreadsheet for those plans that don't apply. I can select just the plans the current employees are on only but then when a new employee selects a plan that not on my list I've missed it.
