What do you like best about Ease?

Ease is incredibly simple to use. You can add, remove, and change employee information with little to no training. It has made benefits management a quick/easy process.

What do you like best about Ease?

I like how employees are able to clearly see their options and all supporting documents are in one accessible place for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

The one thing I may dislike about EASE is that a lot of the first emails to log in get sent to employees' spam folders in their emails. I always make sure to tell them to check their spam if they cannot find the initial email, but some still struggle with this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?

With EASE, we are able to not use as much paper, which all of us like. From an HR perspective, it takes a lot less preparation/organization and the same for the employee as they do not need to keep track of a pile of papers before handing in their enrollments. I am also able to use EASE as a backup HR Management software to compare employee details just to double-check data entry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?

As a benefits administrator, it is easy for my HR staff to navigate. It is equally easy for even the less technologically savvy employees to navigate. Makes Open Enrollment and new hire enrollment much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?

This is such a clear UI. It's easy to see what you're enrolling in, where you are in the process. It's also easy to go BACK. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

The connection to Paylocity is quite cumbersome. It's taken weeks for us to get to the kickoff, and now it will take at least 3 weeks. It seems like it should be much more straighforward. Also, the integration doesn't work for all data (ex: it works for benefit elections, it does not work for direct deposit). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?

It's easy to see what the choices are and how selecting or declining affects your cost. We had no complaints with our last company-wide enrollment which encompassed staff in 4 states. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

The reporting for admins is a little weak. Some of the integrations don't work (our PFL account) so those always have billing issues with backbilling to catch up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's very easy (as an admin) to go in and see what EEs have selected for the benefits and what the EE cost sharing is. There are no complications about which plan or how much each person owes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
