Ease is incredibly simple to use. You can add, remove, and change employee information with little to no training. It has made benefits management a quick/easy process.

The one thing I may dislike about EASE is that a lot of the first emails to log in get sent to employees' spam folders in their emails. The connection to Paylocity is quite cumbersome. It's taken weeks for us to get to the kickoff, and now it will take at least 3 weeks. It seems like it should be much more straighforward.
