What do you like best about Ease?
I like that Ease shows the cost per pay period instead of each month for every employee. This saves me time from calculating any deductions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have to go into each employee and click benefits to view the cost. I wish it was in some excel format where I don't need to go back into the employee list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?
The system is clean and all information is centralized. My employees have one place to go to find all the benefit information that they need. This had made it so much easier to track our new employees selections while allowing them the time and space to review all of the options that they have and make the best selections for themselves and their families. Also our team is never surprised when their deductions appear, since they have already seen them clearly as they made their selections. While I will not say that open enrollment is my favorite time of year, I will say that we are able to save time, money, trees, etc. by using Ease instead of shipping enrollment packets throughout the state. What do you dislike about Ease?
We don't have the integrations with our carriers. I really don't have any complaints regarding the system or how it works. My only other item is that we have our account through our broker so there are a number of features that I don't have direct access to adjust. What do you like best about Ease?
It is quick and easy to navigate between employees. When viewing a specific tab on an employee, you can switch to another employee and view their information on that particular tab. The reporting is detailed and easy to use. Ease HR time off is easy to set up and user-friendly for employees. Employees have praised Ease for its simplicity and ease of use. What do you dislike about Ease?
I brought up an issue to customer service regarding the employee directory not showing all employees in grid view, and unfortunately have not had the issue resolved although several months have passed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?
It is easy to maneveur the program and each entry or keystroke is autosaved. It is simple to send login information to staff quickly. I can also see enrollment choices in the employee profile and print a summary for audit purposes. It is helpful that it is an online portal and documents can be signed electronically. What do you dislike about Ease?
I would like it if there were prompts to ensure that I complete all sections needed and required for processing a new hire. I would also like to get an email showing when an employee completes their enrollment. Currently it is difficult to see the changes or enrollments completed in the manage tab. Instead I have to keep a list of each employee I have sent the link to recently to check if they completed their enrollment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
