I think the problem and the solution are regarding the same issue: there are times we have had Administrative Staff that do not want to 'deal' with completing the process itself for themselves. In those instances, as the one who oversees the Ease product, I must complete the process for them; however, when I do, it never reflects the process having been completed. I'd highly recommend partnering with your insurance provider to see about getting support in setting up EASE to support your employees.
