What do you like best about Ease?

The quoting tool, EaseConnect+, product library, & ease of building products. It is very easy to build products and get a group ready for enrollment. Using EaseConnect+ makes it even easier submitting business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

There is so much to learn. I'm actually very happy with Ease - but I guess getting the connections set up with carriers or vendors is not always clear on how to initiate. I do wish the product library had more products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Ease:

I recommend using Ease. It is very easy to use & the reports available or very fast to generate. Building a new prospect case to going live is very simple. You can it to quote a new group to then turn around and implement it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?

Ease is very intuitive and allows users to add benefits quickly. The level of support for carrier forms as well as post-enrollment reports is outstanding. The onboarding feature is also an asset for employers wishing to be as paperless as possible by allowing digital capture of HR forms such as direct deposit and I-9 data! We are also very happy with the ability to have our carriers' forms populated electronically. This has made it easier for our clients to submit enrollments for medical, dental and vision insurance to the appropriate carriers without having to chase the employees for any signatures. What do you dislike about Ease?

The only down side we've noticed so far is that while many carrier forms are already in Ease for our use, the engineering process to add new carrier forms is far too long (anywhere from 4-6 weeks). This is causing us some frustration in preparing for enrollments with carriers who have forms specific to our state. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When looking at a benefits platform, it's essential to consider all of the needs a business or agency has and review the platform's ability to meet those needs. We have found that Ease meets our requirements and has performed better than similar platforms we have used, such as Employee Navigator. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ease is helping us provide our clients with a one-stop HR solution. It has been very well received so far with plans to expand the offering to more clients. We have found that having one-on-one meetings with each employee to review their "core" benefits has given the employees a better understanding of the benefits they have as well as a better attunement to any voluntary benefits they may need to close any gaps in their coverage. What do you like best about Ease?

Frankly it's very easy to have the staff complete the onboarding process of their health, dental and vision plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

So far there aren't any issues either as an employee or an administrator that are difficult using Ease however I don't feel we use it to its potential either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think the problem and the solution are regarding the same issue: there are times we have had Administrative Staff that do not want to 'deal' with completing the process itself for themselves. In those instances, as the one who oversees the Ease product, I must complete the process for them; however, when I do, it never reflects the process having been completed. I'd love to see more automated. COBRA letters, send login email after creating a new employee

I'd highly recommend partnering with your insurance provider to see about getting support in setting up EASE to support your employees. The ability to work with our agent made a big difference for us when we transititioned from typical paper and pen forms for benefits to the EASE platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are getting employees enrolled more conveniently and avoiding having to sit and fill out paperwork. It's been much easier to get employees taken care of while also allowing for employees to check on their benefits and print anything they need out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?

Ease has been an asset during the pandemic, allowing us continue our service seamlessly. We were able to ensure that our clients were able to enroll, regardless of location.

We have been able to cut costs by managing all of our groups digitally. All communications and benefit information is now housed within Ease. This makes it very simple to assist employees and cuts down on the back and forth between our account management team and employees. This frees them up to assist on more complex issues. There isn't anything I don't like yet.

One thing I would like to see added - workflow or next step instructions as options under more clearly delineated tab options. The biggest benefit to me is having my ee's manage their own enrollments. Before this, ee would often expect that I would know each of our plans in detail, down to the minutiae, which is not always possible. This also keeps their private health info, you know, private.
