Compared to the last software my company used, Ease made it extremely easy to notify employees of enrollment and to calculate employee and employer premiums. The UX reminds me of Glassdoor and it is very user and admin friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When you add a user, to send them an invite to join the platform you need to go to their page and the login tab. If the system prompted you to do this, it would be more seamless and leave less room for error. I am not sure if this feature exists, but the ability to receive email notifications for changes to benefit selections would also be great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like that everything is in one place! I wish our company would agree on getting the whole onboarding process set up in one place. I do not like that I have to do half of my process in paper and half online. I would much prefer to use the ease system to its full potental with everything all in one place. I don't like how it is difficult for employees to find information when they are needing it. I have quite a few employees who are not very good with computers and the whole ease process makes it a little difficult for them to complete open enrollment or new employee enrollment. I do not like that when we have open enrollment that we are not really able to complete the new employee enrollment until open enrollment is closed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
