What do you like best about Ease?

I like the easy interface of Ease. It was easy to upload our new employees (and then add employees as they were hired. I also like how responsive the Ease team is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

It is a bit of a confusing insurance model...and it took awhile for everyone to get used to contacting Ease first. I don't know how this could be better. The Ease team offered training for both the admins and the employees. I also love that as a claimant I can use the app or call the 800 number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?

We decided to try Ease because we were paying high premiums, and the deductibles were so high no one could afford to get medical care (including me). The insurance has allowed us to attract more employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ease?

Making changes in Ease are super easy! Including: Updating profile info, looking at details for each benefit, seeing a preview for each selected benefits and more! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ease?

The only thing I dislike about Ease is that we (the administrator) do not receive a notification when employees make a change, AND we are not able to run reports for prior years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Ease:

Highly recommended for those with employees who are always on the go and don't have time to spend learning new software. Very user friendly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Benefit enrollment made easy. Also, we recently integrated our payroll system, Paylocity, with Ease and it has been absolutely amazing. We are able to avoid error with the integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
