What do you like best about Ease?
Of course we love EASE for it's employee platform, reports and use it everyday. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Ease?
EASECONNECT+ has been a nightmare for our processing staff. Our office has already had a meeting with our rep to discuss. But the bottom line is that we would like to opt out of the EC+ all together and NOT be charged Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some parts make it unclear that a process has been completed. Would love to see more communication on when an employee has completed the portal forms and when the paperwork has been submitted to insurance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
